Or, hop in the car and explore the area, including numerous parks, the Texas Sealife Center, the Performing Arts Center, and the Corpus Christi Country Club, all within 15 miles of this property.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, as well as a table for mealtimes or rainy day board games. Switch on the central air conditioning and kick back in your sunlit living area to watch TV. Leave the day's swimsuits and towels to spin in the private washer/dryer and step outside to take in the abundant sunshine on your furnished patio.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
