Host was nice, and responsive. The property was clean and the rooms large. The location is very good. However:A number of problems with the property. The dishwasher didn’t work despite being brand new. A repair man came to fix it. There are two gas fireplaces. Neither worked. There is no coat closet on the first floor. The stove has five burners but only two worked. The property is a duplex but there is only room for one car in the driveway. Street parking requires a permit. Fortunately there was no patrolling due to holiday.
The home was gorgeous and the location was great. But most of the appliances did not work and failed in ways that required immediate attention. Further, the management team was extremely responsive, but this property is a duplex and the renters on the other side created both a security and comfort concern.

Unfortunate alley proximity
The inside of the property itself is decent - a little tired but a good floor plan and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. The two units share a back area which is kinda weird - no real separation. The "gym" is a bit of a joke and really shouldn't be shown as something available on the website. The worse part is that the units are next to an alley which is visible from the back of the house. It is also how you need to access parking. When we checked in, there were two homeless persons loitering in the alley and they even approached us for house cleaning work. This made us feel unsafe and we ended up leaving the property and made other arrangements. It's unfortunate because the neighborhood isn't bad, it's just the location of these units in that neighborhood and the proximity to the alley that is behind the retail stores apparently is somewhere for homeless persons to loiter.
