Beautiful home near the beach

My family of 4 and dogs stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks. The location was perfect! We were so close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The home had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool after being at the beach all day. The only thing that needed a little improvement was the backyard area. Just a little TLC and it would be perfect! I would highly recommend this rental. We had an amazing time!

Wonderful Spot for Holiday Celebration

Lovely house and well appointed for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and found the kitchen to be well stocked and the space to be very roomy. Great location, easy access to the beach, and fantastic ability to use beach chairs/wagon. Would definitely recommend for a small family/friend group.

Great Family Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island Beach House very much! Jenny is a great host (very attentive and detailed) and the house was as described (or better). The space was clean and very spacious. The location is very quiet and peaceful but close to everything.The kitchen is stocked with anything we needed. It is nice and spacious for many to be helping meal prep.I would absolutely recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a beach escape or some quality family time, thanks Jenny for sharing your beautiful house!

Great Place!

We had a great three week stay. Jenny was a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Treasure Island is still recovering from the hurricanes and there is construction going on all over. But, it didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The beach is within walking distance and is close to several restaurants. (Middle Grounds Grill is awesome) The pool and area around It is somewhat small, but, it was ok for the four of us. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided which was nice. Overall, a great place in Treasure Island!

Thanksgiving respite

We booked prior to Hurricane Helene knowing we would need a bigger space to accommodate family for Thanksgiving. Turned out to be a blessing as our own home in St. Pete flooded. It was great to be in a space that had a kitchen and couch. Had a great week!!!

Well Equipped

We stayed at this property for Remote Working for 2 along with my daughter. The property was very well equipped so we could feel like we were living there, not just visiting. The owner was responsive to some small maintenance items and the location was within walking distance of the beach. We were able to watch storms roll in from both sides of the house.

Amenities and Location a Winning Combo!

This unique, clean and comfortable home in Treasure Island is perfect for those wanting easy access to the beach (two block walk), shopping, restaurants, groceries, liquor stores and souvenir shops! The home is on three floors; the garage is Floor 1; the main entry is upstairs with the living, kitchen, dining, bedroom and bath on Floor 2, up more stairs you will find the primary ensuite with another bedroom and ensuite bath on Floor 3. We enjoyed the separation and privacy each bedroom and bathroom provided. There are three balconies (you can watch the sunset) and an outdoor patio downstairs with seating close to the plunge pool is quiet and secluded. The gas grill off the living room was a wonderful addition. With beach chairs and a trolley included, comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of blankets, towels, pillows and a well-stocked kitchen, we had everything neded for a comfortable stay. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is only about 10 minutes away. Enjoy easy access to a multitude of beaches (we loved Indian Rock...soft sand, parking, restrooms and fewer crowds), lots of restaurant options and just a short drive to St. Pete, Clearwater, the Dali Museum or Pass-a-Grille historic area. Jenny was responsive to our questions and gave us great dining recommendations as well. Would highly recommend this rental for those craving a home vs. a hotel or condo, in a relatively quiet neighborhood away from crowds of tourists but only a few minutes from everything else!
