Spacious 2 story condo, clean decor 3BR, 2.5 BA. 2 Floors, Pool Waterfront

Please see updated calendar for availability before emailing. We are updating it frequently. We really accept Saturday to Saturday rentals for the most part but you can ask if your dates are otherwise.

This renovated condo is ready for the discerning renter looking to relax in a clean comfortable setting while watching the Intercoastal right outside the balcony of your 3rd floor window. Views of the Gulf. The beach is amazing and is a 60 second walk (see picture) The waters are tranquil and the beach itself is huge with the whitest sand. Truly relaxing. There aren't any tall tower condos closeby so the beach is very quiet. Inside, the kitchen has all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar stools as well as a dining area, family room with a wood burning fireplace and desk area, and powder room on first floor. The bedrooms have all new linens, 2 Queen bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. The renovated bathrooms are pretty and clean. There is also a laundry room on the second floor next up the master bedroom.

The key to this place is that it is beautiful, comfortable and renovated inside but has a quintessential location. Besides the beautiful huge quiet beach, it is half a block to a grocery store, nail salon, restaurant or check out all that Gulf Blvd has to offer on the trolley. But know that it is a quiet location. You could also rent a boat and use the condo dock for the week. Fish off the dock or just lounge by the quiet pool which is located right on the Intercoastal. We have seen dolphins playing from our balcony!

To get here, fly into Tampa airport. You don't need to rent a car as everything you will need is walking distance. Just take a cab and enjoy the conveniences. You will never want to go home!

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and very comfortable for a family of 5. With all the craziness of spring break, this condo was quiet even thought it’s in the heart of Treasure Island. We saw dolphins from the balcony, was a short walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect walking distance to beach, pool, shopping and eating. Condo was clean had plenty of supplies. Very spacious. Owner was helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to come again!

A Delightful Dtay

Lovely unit, very comfortable and roomy. The location is great - on the intercoastal and a short 1/2 block from the beach. Another perk is the Publix grocery store a few buildings away. The unit is the most well equipped VRBO that we have stayed in. Can’t say enough how pleased we are. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here, along with my brother in law’s family (8 total). It was spacious and perfect for all of us. The condo had everything you would need, especially for children.... sand toys, chairs, games, toys,etc. A very convenient location as well. We would definitely book again!

The property is even better than pictured!

The host was very responsive. Great location, well stocked unit. Very clean. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Very easy beach and grocery access. View of the bay was perfect, we saw manatee and dolphin from the balcony. Loved it all!

Beautiful Condo!

We had 2 families with kids, so we loved that the bedrooms were upstairs and separate from the main living area. The balcony was our favorite spot for coffee in the morning while watching the birds and dolphins in the bay. Great location, you can walk to lots of restaurants and the grocery store. This was our first time staying in Treasure Island, and I'm so glad we picked this great condo!

Treasure Island Gem

This is our families most favorite vacation spot! Whitney and her family are always professional and great communicators. Location is ideal and the grandchildren love that they can sit on the porch bay side and watch dolphins in the morning and walk to the beach safely! Publix is within walking distance as is several restaurants and shops.

Our stay in Treasure Island

The condo was exactly as advertised and our family had a wonderful time there. Within 24 hours of check-in, Whitney had texted us wanting to make sure everything with the condo was ok and that we were satisfied with our choice to stay there...which we were! If we return to the Treasure Island area, we will definitely contact Whitney to reserve time at this very comfortable condo. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo to anyone vacationing in the Treasure Island area.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this condo! We had plenty of room and loved how stocked it was with beach/pool items, kitchen appliances, extra towels/sheets/blankets! Loved that it had a high chair, pack & play, toys, as well as baby floatys! Such a plus for a family!! We really enjoyed the quiet pool and loved the inner coastal views off the balcony! Wow!! We saw dolphins, pelicans, and fish jump! The sunrise every morning was amazing! You can not ask for anything better with the beautiful beach across the street and Publix being a quick walk! Our family with small children had a blast and can't wait to come back again!!!!

Amazing Vacation

Stayed here for a week with my family and had an amazing time. The condo looked exactly like the pictures if not better! Loved the layout as it allowed us to stay up after the kid went to sleep. Great location right across the street from the beach and next door to a grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics, plenty of bath and beach towels and also beach chairs and toys. A quiet neighbourhood in the evenings, but that's what we were looking for. Reasonable drive for all our day trips including the Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, outlet shopping and spring training baseball in Dunedin. Whitney was super nice and patient with me since this was our first time renting from VRBO. Would definitely come and stay here again!

We absolutely loved this location and hope to return! Beautiful view from the balcony. We saw dolphins almost every day. Unit is exactly as described. Great location near Publix.
