Villa Delfin is a luxury detached villa fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by mountain peaks, on a large plot of 840m2.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for sleeping 10 persons.
All rooms have air conditioning and oil fired central heating for those cooler winter nights.
The villa can easily accommodate all generations of your family group and prove a great family home in the sun, and everyone has a lot of privacy !!!
The mature gardens are planted with a variety of large trees and shrubs which offer privacy all round the property.
Beside the 12 x 5m pool with Roman steps is a superb summer kitchen with built in BBQ and dining area.
The villa has space for two cars inside the gate.
Camposol golf course is a short distance from the villa, and it's just a 15 minute to 30km of golden sandy beaches.
The nearby sierra Espuna national park is favourite for cycling and walking. Local shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. You can rent our Ford Kuga , the car is at Alicante airport.

Perfect holiday

Perfect holiday in amazingly well equipped villa. Separated bedrooms, which gives families travelling together lots of privacy. Rental car is a good idea.

Everything available what you need for basic holiday, large pool, spacious house and space around house. Smooth check in and out, very nice and welcome host. Good for extended family or group of friends, 4 bedrooms all with air conditioners and showers. We have been there for two weeks and really enjoyed the family time together. Close to shopping area and restaurants, good location and very quiet area. Everything was in working condition, of course hardly used but working fine. Hot tub had broken glass holder and dirt on the bottom, we not often use it but working good. Showers- we haven’t got a hot or even warm water, just like on pool. So we little bit struggle with that because we prefer warm shower, specially hair washing was a challenge. Upstairs shower has very bad water draining. Anyway we deal with this and enjoyed the time together and absolutely happy. Really good for the price and hope one day we can get back.

Wonderful villa

We have just come back from a 7 day stay at Villa Delphin and wejust want to say how lovely it is. Everything you need is there, spotlessly lean and very spacious. The pool and outside kitchen are fabulous and the kitchen was a great escape from the midday sun. We have family who live in Camposol and we have visited it many times, this villa is the best we’ve stayed in and certainly will book again. Anita was very helpful and always returned calls or messages. Thanks Fré for the use of your great villa

Just got back from a two week stay at this beautiful villa , located in a nice quiet area of Camposol , local bars , shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away , had a fantastic stay , villa was Beautiful inside and out ! Pool was amazing , lovely and warm and huge , all of us where in there every day , the local area has everything you need , there’s a coach you can book for €10 which will take you to the port of Mazarrón and bring you back which we used twice during our stay , can’t recommend this villa enough , thanks to Fré for letting us drop our bags off early due to changed flights , and thanks to Anita who sorted a little problem out for us , overall excellent holiday by all , 7 adults and two kids , we all agreed we would love to stay here again , Thanks

A gem for families or friends sharing.

The property is beautiful and set in a very quiet location. Shops and bars are only 5 minutes away in the car. The restaurants in the centre are exceptionally good. You couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the villa. It has a large garden with secluded areas. The enormous pool is kept exceptionally clean and there are lots of trees for shade. The outdoor kitchen also offered respite from the midday sun. Mr. Blackmeer the owner was easy to contact for any queries. He always got back straight away.

La casa está super completa, muy preparada de todo y con todos los artículos necesarios. Todas la habitaciones tienen baño, aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. (una de ellas tiene un mini frigorífico!) Todo fue muy bueno. Hay un supermercado muy cerca (3 minutos en coche) y se tarda unos 15 min hasta Mazarrón. Lo único que sentimos falta fue de una máquina de café de capsulas o espressos para los más aficionados al café fuerte como nosotros. :) Tiene cafetera de filtro. Seguro que volveremos, nos ha encantado!

Very happy with all aspects of our stay, the property was clean and well presented and it is fair to say every member of our party was blown away with the property and location. Perfect property in a great location, close to all the amenities of Camposol A Sector

This property is a beautiful clean property which easily sleeps a family of 10. Inside the property is very well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Outside there is ample space with large pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen area, which is ideal for a summer barbeque. I would highly recommend this property for a family holiday in this area.

Best villa in the area.

It was a pleasure to stay here even though it was only for a short time, could not ask for anything more everything we needed was here to enjoy our short stay. I can't wait to come back again next year. Hopefully if we leave Brexit it shouldn't stop myself and my wife looking for a property to buy on Campolsol for our retirement. Fantastic !

Wonderful property. Spacious and perfect fo our 3 generation family. Everything you need and more. Could not fault it at all. Use of owners hire car was a great addition and very reasonable . We intend to book for next year as we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Beautiful villa in quiet location but close to amenities. The large pool is superb, well maintained with many seating areas poolside. Because of this, we spent most of our time outdoors dining and chatting. A most relaxing holiday.

We, Fre and Grietje from the Netherlands, bought our stunning villa in May 2014.
We immediately fell for this splendidly fully furnished detached house with swimming pool on a large tract of land.
There is also a sizeable outside summer kitchen where you can utterly enjoy the long Spanish evenings.
We own a car which can be rented.
We chose the location of Camposol because we definitely wanted to be close to the important amenities, such as a supermarket, other shops and services, restaurants, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course with club house.
You will find yourself in an area that is well worth exploring, and we wish you a very pleasant stay and a wonderful holiday.

Why they chose this property

The surrounding area has much to offer, with the boulevard of Puerto de Mazzaron with its perfect sandy beaches and harbour, and the Bolnuevo beach at only a twenty minutes’ drive away from the villa.
There are many cultural sights in the area, too, like the historic cities of Aledo, Murcia and Cartagena.
The landscape surrounding Campesol is varied, with mountains and valleys, horticulture and orange, lemon and almond trees.

What makes this property unique

Large tract of land surrounding the house, features a large pool, has an outside kitchen with barbecue and a carport for 2 cars on premise.
Also you can rent our own car a Peugeot Patner Tepee, it is parked at airport Alicante.
