This modern yet cozy space dances with natural light from the large window wall showcasing a stunning view of the city. You'll find comfort and class in the soft gray hues juxtaposed with sleek black and stainless-steel accents.

☆ Living/Dining Room
The open concept design allows you to view the Smart TV from all angles throughout both the living and dining spaces. Everyone will have the best seat in the house at the sofa, club chair, tulip table, or bar. Don't forget to pull up an ottoman for ultimate relaxation. Technology is at your fingertips with touch-screen thermostat and 200+mbps mesh WiFi internet.

☆ Kitchen
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a full-size fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll also find a spacious, single-basin stainless sink and modern single handle faucet amongst gleaming granite countertops and modern backsplash. Enjoy the Keurig with a complimentary serving of teas and coffee. The charcoal cabinets are fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, glassware and toaster.

☆ Bathroom
The bathroom is adorned with a large mirror and abundant bright lighting. The cast iron tub and subway tile surround provide a pleasant space to wash off the day's adventures.

☆ Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are furnished with new queen-size quilted memory foam mattresses, fluffy duvets, and cozy brushed microfiber sheets. There are two sets of pillows for each bed to fit any preference. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, closet hooks, luggage racks, and a full-length mirror for your convenience.

You'll have your own free designated parking spot in the private and secure garage located at the bottom floor of the building. Additional guest parking is available in the exterior lot.

The building (constructed in 1986) is a bit dated and beginning to show it's age. We are working with the HOA to make some cosmetic updates but in the meantime we hope you enjoy our professionally-designed Penthouse.

Per SC law, all guests will be asked to sign a lease agreement for stays >30 days. Don’t worry! This is standard and to protect the rights of guests and us as the landlords. All pricing, terms, and conditions will not differ from VRBO’s.

This property is exactly as described in the pictures. Condo was very clean and fully stocked with all the basics needed to feel at home away from home. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store (all in walking distance so no need to really drive unless you don’t like walking). Host (Brandon) was easy to contact and prompt in his response time. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

We were in town for Fort Jackson family day and graduation - this location was perfect. It’s I the five corners area with tons of shops and places to eat and it only took about 15 min to get to Fort Jackson. Very safe and very cute neighborhood. The penthouse was very clean and very comfy!

The property is located in the heart of Five Points. Right where we wanted to be. My son was at U of SC orientation for a few days, so we stayed here because it was so close to the university. Walked to restaurants and shopping. Unit was very clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Very good.

Great location to walk to everything you need.

We stayed here for a USC visit. We walked to all of our meals and even to campus. Parking was easy and convenient. It is a little noisy on the weekends because you are surrounded by restaurants and bars with outdoor seating and there are train tracks nearby. We didn’t mind it. The place was immaculate and exactly as pictured. Communication was great.
