The Space: As you enter the townhome you will be welcomed by the rustic-style kitchen and dining area. Wood cabinets and flooring and exposed wood beams warm up and add a touch of mountain home charm to this space. In the front of the room, tucked underneath a large window, you will find the dining table with seating for six. In this same space is the open kitchen, where you will find ample cabinet space for storing your items. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything from basic cookware to a crockpot, as well as stainless steel appliances, making it easy to put together a delicious meal.
To the right of the dining table, you will find a half bathroom that doubles as a laundry room, with a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. There are also coat hooks located by this room, so you can comfortably store your outdoor gear before settling into the home.
A few steps away from the kitchen/dining area, you will find the cozy living room. This warm space will make you feel right at home and is the perfect hangout spot for your group. The room features two leather couches situated around an entertainment stand where you will find a 47” TV on top, great for movie nights. Curl up and enjoy a movie night while you warm up by the wood fireplace. A coffee table and two side tables, as well as rugs and several lamps, add an extra homey feel to this space. A large window and glass patio doors also bring in ample natural light to the room. In the summer months, enjoy stepping out the patio doors to the outdoor deck, where you will find a BBQ and a patio dining set with seating for 6. This space is surrounded by a peaceful wooded area, so you can enjoy sitting outside and taking in the tranquil scenery while dining alfresco.
When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find two bedrooms on the upper level of the townhome as well as a cozy nook space. The well-decorated and spacious master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with matching nightstands with lamps, so you can enjoy reading before bed. The room also includes a tall dresser, so you can unpack your personal items, and a ceiling fan, so you can keep cool on those warm summer evenings. The second bedroom is located just across the hallway and is laid out as a bunk room with a bunk bed featuring a twin mattress on top. Underneath the bunk bed is a separate queen bed, providing additional sleeping space in this room. A cozy chair and a lamp are situated in the corner of the room near the large window, making for a great reading nook. Guests will also find a tall dresser, so you can unpack your items for a more comfortable stay. Tucked into a cozy loft area upstairs is a dynamic space that can be used for relaxing, or even sleeping accommodations. The loft space features a futon bed and a TV, so you can use this room for hanging out and watching a show, or for extra sleeping space.
A full bathroom is located near the two bedrooms for easy shared access. The bathroom includes a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a shower/bathtub combo. Additional shelves in the bathroom provide extra storage space.
The townhome includes a designated parking place directly in front of the home, making it comfortable to unload/load your personal items.

Nestled amongst the trees in the fabulous Wildernest neighborhood, the home’s location places you near to it all - incredible outdoor access, close proximity to Silverthorne, and easy access to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. This area of Silverthorne features many hiking and biking trails with several trails just a few minutes away including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads. During the summer months, enjoy a round of golf at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, you are less than 10 minutes from the fairway. The charming town of Dillon is just minutes away, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. You are also within 40 minutes of six different ski areas, including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge, and Vail.
Getting Around: Situated in the heart of Silverthorne, you are just minutes away from I-70, the main highway that spans this stretch of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas with ease. From this home are you just 10 minutes from Dillion, 14 minutes from Frisco, and within 30 minutes you can find yourself exploring Breckenridge and Vail. Take advantage of the FREE Summit Stage bus with a stop just steps from your front door. From this home, you are also a 2-minute walk to the Aspen Shadows bus stop, which is part of the Summit Stage FREE bus route on the Wildernest Loop. You can hop on the bus and find yourself connected with all of the Summit Stage Free Bus routes that span Silverthorne and extend to the neighboring communities. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Although our property is dog friendly, please do not bring any other pets. The owner is significantly allergic to cats.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Very convenient location and un/loading car was very easy due to proximity of parking. We had a relaxing stay and the beds were very comfortable- so much so that we’re looking to acquire the mattress! Kids’ room was perfect for them! Linens updated and cozy shower towels. A few things require a little bit of attention- The bathtub and upstairs bathroom sink were draining very slowly. Perhaps mistakenly I assumed kitchen supplies would be better stocked and available- could use a wire whisk, restocking of salt, olive or avocado oil & cooking spray. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the stay! Thank you!
Classic older condo in Wildernest. Some things need minor repair or updates but overall perfect location for skiing, dining out and more. Wish it was really 2 bathrooms and not just a toilet and sink in laundry/storage room. Kitchen had everything we needed and extra blankets for snuggling. Wish it was easier to recycle but not on the owners. Younger one loved his bunk was and king size bed was great.

Lots of extas in the condo--you won't have to bring as much
We were pleasantly surprised to find the amount of both necessary and would like to have items in the condo well beyond expectation. We had brought a lot of our own items like knives, spices, soaps, etc and found that these were included in the condo. The location is very good--5 minutes down the hill to town, walking paths directly outside the units. Good refrigerator! Vacasa staff was super great and we would gladly use Vacasa again. The condo itself is a little tired and needs a little bit of repair. It's a bit dark inside, possibly due to the limited lighting. The deck is nice, and the table outside is great, but there really isn't any view. All in all, it's a good condo to try.
Let us know when you want to sell. We’d love to stay a month next summer. Everything was great. We met the neighbors who were very nice- most live there full time so appreciate quiet renters.
Contact me about some things which need attention—nothing major that would detract from a short stay.
Despite being on Ryan Gulch, you feel as though you are miles away with a beautiful forest behind this unit. Very quiet. Well appointed inside with a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom.
This condo was very nice, very clean, and perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved the easy access to Lake Dillon area (just a short 10 min drive).

The property was fantastic. We enjoyed the mountain air and the location was perfect. We were able to hike several trails within 5 mins of the condo. The wildlife that is nearby was awesome as well. We saw moose, fox, and mule deer.The condo had everything that we needed. It is very clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back!This area of Colorado has so much to enjoy. We hiked, biked, white water rafted, went horseback riding, and fished the Blue River. So much fun!
