Nestled in the oaks just a few miles from Sonoma Town Square, this guest cottage has all the amenities you want for your stay in the Wine Country. The comfortably furnished suite has one queen bedroom in an attached bathroom. The separate living room area has a fireplace, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and cable, desk, and eating area. The mini kitchen offers a couple the ability to eat in. The outside provides a place to enjoy the view. This quiet area offers great privacy, and the bright and beautiful cottage offers window views of oaks and lots of wildlife. The large pool area is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the Sonoma experience. We had a beautiful stay at the cottage in the oaks. We enjoyed the accommodations as well as all of the wildlife. Every morning and evening we would see turkeys in dear. If you're looking for a comfortable cottage experience I would strongly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Sonoma. It was very quiet and saw a lot of wildlife. Amenities were as described! The view from the pool deck is just stunning. Recommend this spot!

The property is beautiful. The cottage itself is fabulous. Great location. Private and quiet, yet close to Sonoma Town Square and many wineries. We will definitely stay here again. No reason to look elsewhere.

My partner and I stayed at Cottage in the Oaks to attend the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon. Hosts are lovely, and Sandy was communicative and extremely helpful. The property is beautiful, spacious, and very quiet. It was a really nice vacation from the city and place to rest after the race.

Cozy nook in the woods

For a last-minute trip away from home, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Seeing as my sister and I had to work, it was set up in a way that accommodated us perfectly. The decor was older but perfectly clean and cozy. There was plenty of storage and supplies that fit our needs. The location is isolated but also close enough to anything we needed in town. We would stay again!

Quiet area with beautiful scenery. Inside the cottage was plenty of privacy, right next door to the cottage was the home of the owners. No curtains on any window, so a little awkward to walk around inside at night.

Perfect spot in Sonoma!

I came to Sonoma for almost a week and stayed in this lovely cottage. It’s so quiet & peaceful, and you’re surrounded by nature & wildlife. I did see the owner several times & had communications with him. JP was a warm & welcoming host. It’s only 10 minutes to downtown Sonoma. And as a solo traveler, I felt safe there. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for serenity during your stay to the Sonoma Valley, this is the perfect place. It is a cozy guest house over a garage that is clean and in a beautiful setting. The pictures do not do it justice. Don't let the fact there is not a stove detour you. There is a microwave and a toaster oven and with the fantastic places to eat nearby, there is no reason to cook anyway! We had a great time and appreciate the owners sharing their little slice of heaven.

Lovely hilside 'mother-in-law'

A beautiful and tranquil setting amongst the oaks on a Sonoma hillside. We enjoyed the quiet with only a coyote or two yapping in the distance at night and bird song in the morning. Far enough out of town for solitude, yet close enough to be on the Sonoma town square in a few minutes.
