About this property

Relax and enjoy this beautiful, comfortable and charming bungalow home located in the center of Tampa. Steps away from amazing nightlife. Next door is Tampa's J.C. Newman Cigar Factory. Take advantage of being conveniently located in close proximity to the cities main attractions (Aquarium, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Amelia Arena, Raymond James Stadium, Tampa International Airport, Bush Gardens, The Hard Rock Cafe, Armature Works, Sparkman Wharf @
Channelside District etc). Perfect location.

The space:
Upon entering, you are greeted with a cozy living room where you can unwind with a 65 inch Smart TV. Two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and second bedroom has two twins. Both bedrooms are equipped with hangar racks and storage for clothing. Kitchen has a large Fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, drink ware, silverware, pots/pans and knife set. There is a back patio where you can sit, relax and unwind.

Guest access:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guest will be given their own personalized code to use during their stay. Every guest will receive hotel like amenities including hairdryer, iron board/iron, high-quality linen and towels, Free Wi-Fi with password.

Security cameras on site. Parking is in front of unit when available. Please wash all dishes/utensils and leave in dishwasher
