This chalet is showing the wear and tear of many prior guests. There is a long list of items that the owner should fix, from dull kitchen knives, chipped glasses and mugs, lights that don't work, dirt and dust under furniture, dirty pool table and a hot tub with broken controls, cloudy water and ice buildup on the deck making access dangerous. Isn't it obvious that after skiing, most people need a well maintained hot tub to ease their sore muscles. Either the owner does not care or the property manager is lazy. We are not eager to return to this address.

We unloaded our stuff and started cooking and found that there was no cold water in the house only hot water. When I called I was told that 'well water was down due to hot weather because of no rain. Then my question was where it got hot water from! It was hassle to move to another property at night. We wasted all evening and night.
