Beach Club Bristol Tower 10TH FLOOR Corner Unit 3BR 3.5BA
This is a beautiful Three Bedroom, three and a half Bath unit located in the Exclusive Beach CLub resort. This corner unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and the wraparound balcony offers awesome views of the ocean as well as Mobile Bay from the front. There is a KIng Bed in the Master bedroom, a QUEEN bed in #2 and in the 3rd Bedroom, there is a FULL & A TWIN BED. The master bath has a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms are tub/shower combos.
The NO SMOKING, NO PETS unit is fabulously decorated and includes all you will need for the week. The Bristol Tower is next door to the clubhouse and the tenth floor unit has the best view of the complex!
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE CLUBHOUSE/ SPA IS A SEPERATE ENTITY FROM OUR CONDO. THEY DO CHARGE A DAILY FEE TO USE THIER FACILITIES AND THEY DO SOMETIMES REFUSE TO ALLOW GUESTS WHO DO NOT RENT THRU THEIR RENTAL PROGRAM TO JOIN THE CLUB. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS.
