Beach Club A804 K/K/2 Twins/SofaSlp -Beach/Pools/Grill/Wifi

Our condo is managed by Pam Martin, REALTOR Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. A804 is 3 Bedroom/3 Bath luxury condo on the eight floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. From the balcony, you have a beautiful direct view of the Gulf of Mexico, a pristine white sandy beach, the boardwalk to the beach and the gorgeous Avalon Pools.

The Master bedroom has a King bed and adjoins the balcony and double vanity master bath with a large jetted master tub with a shower. The East guest room has a King bed and adjoins its own private bath with a walk-in shower. The West guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoins the hallway bath with a tub/shower set-up. The sofa converts to a queen bed. So the unit can sleep up to 8 quite comfortably.

The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with full size major appliances. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Minor appliances in the condo include coffee pot, blender, toaster, mixer, iron and hair dryers.

When booking this condo, you will have access to the Clubhouse's private facilities with an optional daily fee of approximately $45 for the days you choose, payable in person, at the Club Desk. This fee gives everyone in the condo access to the indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker room with sauna, outdoor community pool, jacuzzi, wading pool, poolside entertainment, tiki bar and grill.

With out the daily fee, you still have access to the restaurant, salon, and spa inside the clubhouse and the restaurant and shopping at the front of the property. Plus you have access to the pool at the foot of the towers and boardwalks with showers. There are restrooms and water fountains near the lobby entrance of each tower.

Beach loungers and umbrella set-ups are available along with beach rentals, parasailing and rides through the beach attendant.

Once you enter The Beach Club Resort, you may park and never get in your vehicle again until its time to leave. Seaonally, the tram runs through out the property!

Bring your beach towels, food, drinks, ice chest, sunscreen and toiletries, paper goods and detergents. There is a starter set of some of the items to get you through the first day.

Enjoyable stay for the fourth

The condo had enough room for 6 adults and a child. The condo was clean and had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and loved viewing the fireworks from the large balcony. The price was reasonable and communicating with the office was quick. We had no issues during our stay and it was easy to purchase an additional parking pass on our way down via a quick text message to the realty company. We would stay at A804 or another Pam Martin property again.

VRBO was a great booking experience. The condo was every thing we expected. The email correspondence with renter was easy. The condo had an entry code so check in was easy. Please note that this condo is 12 miles from gulf shores so trips to eat or shop are not close. Also, note that the resort has many amenities but several you have to pay extra for example the outside grill/bar/live music are in the private pool area which we did not have access to. The indoor pool is also in the private area. Have a blessed safe vacation time when and wherever you stay.

The Beach Club has three dining options with full bars so there is no need to drive! However, there are 3 restaurants within 10 minutes from the condo. The Sassy Bass has great fresh fish specials that rival the best I've ever had anywhere along the Gulf Coast. The Club's private amenities are very affordable and is generally about $30.00 per day per condo, not per person. So, its a great deal! A "5 Star" Review would have been better, but I'm so glad this guest enjoyed the condo and let everyone know!

Nice place with beautiful gulf view

The rental has really great potential! It was a good size for our family of 7. I love having 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves was soothing. The rental definitely needs some updating. The refrigerator was dilapidated and needs to be replaced. The range is an older electric one but it did work fine. The cleaners could do a little better job. I spent a some time cleaning countertops and cabinet fronts in kitchens and bathrooms. Toilet paper does not last long so make sure to bring your own. The can opener does not work so hopefully this gets read and a new one is purchased. There is no hand soap and very limited garbage bags. The televisions were older and several remotes did not match. The front door will not close and lock on its own unless you pull the door closed. The gym could only be used if you paid the extra $46/day and was generally very busy as well. But, if you purchase the day pass, you could also use the arcade, sauna, steam room and heated indoor pool. The pools were great but could use more lounge chairs. What we did not realize before we got to this property was that they do not allow partying spring breakers so it was very family friendly and safe! Hot tubs were not very big and were packed by young people often and hard to get in to them. Overall, we loved this property and would consider coming back. I would probably choose another unit though unless this one were to be updated.

The view was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The ease of getting to the pool and beach we great. The mattresses were comfortable. Overall, the condo was clean. As a matter of review and input: the TVs were difficult to use bc they are older models ( the large one in the living room seemed to have a software issue. The Whitesky tech had to hardwire(?) to get it to work, the carpet looked dirty, we washed the duvet’s bc of stains, the kitchen was well stocked but there wasn’t room for groceries in the cabinets, the WiFi power strip got tripped( located near the floor in the closet) and was turned off for 6 of our 7 days. so we struggled with streaming and my husbands work computer most of the time( you helped us when we called ). The tech said it probably got tripped by someone’s luggage. We would have reported it earlier but did not realize we were piggy backing to a neighboring condo. Internet kept going in and out. We would like to rent there again but would have to have confidence in the WiFi bc my husband is always working. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service.

Great view!!!

This is a very nice unit. The view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see dolphins, which is always a plus. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and is well stocked with equipment. The master bathroom has a big, deep tub. It was perfect for soaking. The water gets very hot, which is also good for soaking. There was always a good wifi connection. We would definitely stay here again.

The location and condo was very nice. The furnishings were very dated but the space was plentiful. The view is amazing. Definitely a place to RELAX, no nightlife or noise. Everything closes at or before 9pm even on wknds. It was 6 of us for a girls trip, the home was perfect for that purpose.
