Welcome to PALMA by Kismet Properties of 30A!

Great waterfront location, stunning oceanfront views, with one king bedroom, one queen 2nd-floor bedroom, twin bunks, and two full bathrooms!

Palma is completely renovated with lovely styling and details throughout. With more square footage, Palma is one of the larger units on the top floor of the beloved Eastern Shores condominium in Seagrove.

Bedding linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and spare light bulbs - Please do not take our linens or towels to the beach.

An initial supply of paper products; toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, trash bags. You may want to bring or buy extra as we do not furnish these products for your entire stay.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

We loved our stay. The location is hard to beat, and the private beach access and views were truly spectacular. It felt peaceful, scenic, and exactly what we were hoping for.That said, there is room for improvement with the cleanliness. The property was quite dusty, which bothered our eyes and allergies. With a deeper clean, this place would be exceptional.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the setting.

This unit is great for direct beach access on 30A. We preferred it because of the hassle associated with golf cart rides to the beach. The beach is also private to Eastern Shores condo guests, which meant everything was far less crowded for our Spring Break stay.

This beach condo is very cute in decor and has awesome views. Ample space for 5 people. My friends and I stayed here for a long wkend. However I would not book here again for these reasons - 3 things: 1- You can only park one car at the condo - there is street parking but no where close that allows overnight parking. So you must go miles away and park your car - this very important detail isn’t clear in the listing. 2-The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator 3- the WiFi is spotty and depending on your phone service your phone may not work at all in the condo.

Santa Rosa Perfection!

Perfection is the best way to describe our stay. The location is amazing with a private beach steps away. It was very family friendly and quiet. Close to shops and restaurants but out of the spring break craziness! We will be staying again!

Beautiful view of the beach and ideal beach access. The unit was as clean as it could be given how quickly they have to clean it after the prior guest checks out. My only complaint is that the beds are not comfortable at all; the king and queen really need to be replaced.

FANTASTIC!

Fantastic property. Very clean, furnishing and beds are top notch and comfortable. LOVE the decor, it is so beachy. Will stay again and try the other properties in this portfolio. Parking is a little tight, but on the condo on the beach and the views make up for it.

PALMA is perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at PALMA. It is the perfect beach front condo. The unit was renovated beautifully and the location cannot be beat. It is rare to find an affordable rental that is actually steps to the beach. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was roomy and comfortable for us. I hope to rent this unit again one day!

Where do I begin? Palma was just perfect for our family of 5 Summer vacation! The views are amazing! The walk to the beach is short! The three flights of stairs aren’t bad even for a toddler! The decorations are cheerful and bright and there is even a boat lookout window in the bunkbed that our 3 year thought was so cool! We will definitely be back to Palma!! Thanks for a wonderful week!

2024 Beach trip

This place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice location, and easy access to the beach which was not cluttered at all since our section was private. We had 6 people including 4 teenagers and we had plenty of room in this condo. I would definitely stay here again.
