We came to town for a football game. We were able to easily walk downtown and enjoy old town. The house was very conveniently located and all the rooms had plenty of space overall it was a wonderful experience.

The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a nice walk nearby. Within easy reach of skiing, very easy reach of breweries. We had a great stay!

We loved our stay! Close to everything in Ft Collins. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was more than enough towels which was nice because we didn’t have to wash them throughout the week.

Family Reunion Getaway

Plenty of room for our group of 11 to spread out in a modern, clean property. Lovely little yard that our two small pups enjoyed too. Just a couple minutes north of Old Town and close to New Belgium Brewing. Would definitely say again.

My stay at Old Town North house was absolutely fantastic! The house was exactly as described, equipped with everything one could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly responsive; when we encountered a minor issue with the WiFi code, they promptly fixed it. The location was perfect for us; we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Perfect Location!

House was perfect for morning walks on the Poudre River trail! House was extremely clean and well kept. We were even welcomed by a few local beers and water in the fridge which was very nice! We had a minor issue with the internet but it was resolved quickly. We had 5 adults and 4 kids. Loved the house! Would have liked one more ensuite bathroom for one of the king rooms upstairs, but we got along great. Thanks for an awesome stay and we will be back when we visit again!!

Wonderful Family Trip!

Our family with 9 adults, three kids ( 3 years, 18 months, 5 months) and one dog had a wonderful stay at this house. It was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were able to cook meals at home or walk to one of the many nearby restaurants or breweries with ease. The house was located right next to the Poudre trail which we used to walk to Lee Martinez Park most days. The members of the family who are inclined to run were also able to put in their miles on the trails and end at home without any trouble. The side yard is small but had plenty of room to play with the silly sprinkler the hosts left and for the dog to some exercise as well. The hosts went above and beyond for us during our stay and were incredibly communicative.
