Charming and cozy first floor apartment located in Midtown Reno! Perfect location to explore all of Reno. The Nevada Museum of Art, Car Museum, and Downtown Casinos are 5 minutes away. Walk to the Midtown District and have a drink at one of the unique bars. Take a day trip to hike at Lake Tahoe or Spooner Lake. Or simply stay indoors, order takeout, and Netflix and chill with the smart TV.

First level of a duplex. Separate, private entrances, and gated. Landlord resides in main house. Property manager offsite. 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, full kitchen, washer+dryer, and two parking spaces. Fully furnished with couch, king bed (linens+pillows), coffee table, TV, and many more. Free Wifi! House plant care required!!!
