This condo is right on Ali'i Drive, an oceanfront road that leads right into downtown Kailua-Kona. Just over two miles from the condo, you'll be in the heart of Kona where you can enjoy oceanfront drinks and dining at local favorite haunts. The entire area offers shopping, biking, and walking while never losing sight of the ocean. Head in the other direction to popular beach destinations like Lyman's (a great surfing spot just under a half mile away). Both Magic Sands Beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park are just one mile away.

Perfect spot for my husband and me

Location, location, location! Just close enough to the action of Kona, yet still feels like you’re getting wary from it all. Loved watching the surfers, the sunsets, and the changing tides. The unit is very nice, perfectly equipped.
