Supermarkets, shopping centers, and The Pinellas Trail are at a walking distance. Madeira Beach is only 3 miles away!

For night-time adventures, enjoy Treasure Island or the lively Downtown St. Pete, both less than 20 min away.

The space
The property is well-kept by a full-time maintenance man. The community is respectful of noises and every one plays their part in keeping the complex and its amenities clean. Only the parking garages and handicap spots are assigned. Otherwise, there is an abundance of other parking spots available around the unit for you and your family.

We are minimalists and therefore our two bedrooms are very spacious. Each bedroom has one queen bed, one large walk in closet, and big bathrooms with deep tubs, showers, and storage units. You will find no clutter and will have plenty of space within and between each bedroom!
Guest access
There is one entrance code into the complex for tenants and another code for delivery drivers. There are many free parking lots available in the complex and in the surrounding centers for your convenience. Parking is not an issue in this area.
Other things to note
The condominium association has a noise ordinance of 10pm.
