Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The cul-de-sac neighborhood is very kid friendly, safe and quiet. We pride ourself on one of the largest backyards in the area with a private park. The indoor slide and playroom also adds to the kids adventure zone.
Enjoy all the south has to offer. 5 min drive to south health campus hospital, largest ymca in North America and Spruce Meadows Masters world class event.
Our home is a five bedroom two story building. Huge backyard and park. Enjoy sitting on the deck and allowing your kids to play for hours in the yard.
Rooms are set ups as-
Upstairs
1. Front room above garage- crib only
2. Second front room- double bed (purple walls)
3. Third front room- double bed
4. Play room with slide
5. Full bath
6. Master bedroom and ensuite bath with king temper pedic adjustable bed
Downstairs
1. Main room has a desk in one corner for working then an open concept room with a king bed
2. Full bath
3. Room with queen bed in it (ocean wall room)
The house has air conditioning which is crucial in the summer.
The garage and utility room is off limits. Otherwise you have full access to the house.
The kitchen has plenty of space in the pantry to store food and is stocked with soda stream, keureg machine, kettle and all the pots, pans glass wear and plates you would require. We also provide the simple amenities like Tupperware and spices.
Our backyard is approximately a quarter acre. We have a fenced in yard and dog door with special collars to open for your pups if they choose to come.
Access to home, yard, driveway, laundry. Garage and utility room are locked off.
I am very quick to respond and have multiple years worth of experience as a super host for different locations we own. We love our home in Calgary. Rest assured you can have high confidence I will respond within an hour of an inquiry.
We have a close relationship with all of our neighbours and set very high expectations for our guests to maintain respect and noise levels. The neighborhood offers a dog park, walking paths, parks and tons of shopping also walking or a short drive to 130th ave. Getting around even though we are located in the south is fast with the 22x ring road, conviently has you on the west side or to the airport in 30 min. Also, 20 minutes to down town.
Our home only has two parking spots in the drive way. Then the road outside the cul-de-sac has tons of space for extra cars. You can walk to pubs, grocery stores, parks, dog parks, nail salons or large shopping centres in seton and 130th accessible 10 min away.
