You also have exclusive access to the private, enclosed backyard.
Please note that the basement of the house is a separate, occupied unit with its own entrance and is not included in your rental.

Lovely home. Well appointed and functional. We travelled to Calgary from Nanaimo for an unexpected memorial service after my sister’s sudden passing. Gani was responsive to my numerous queries and worked with us to be flexible should family needs require a longer stay. We are most appreciative for the space and Gani’s hospitality and kindness.

Faultless stay: a beautifully clean and well-equipped property, with lots of room for the whole family to spread out. Quite far out from the downtown core, but proximity to Stoney Trail gives easy access to anywhere in the city, and decent local amenities within a 5 min drive. Great comms from a friendly host. Will absolutely try to stay here again when we're next in Calgary.

In the future, please read the house instructions before making a booking. The house is not suitable for parties and loud gatherings. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and neighbors are not happy when large crowd of strangers are hosting loud parties near their properties. We respect our neighbors and that is why we do not allow loud gatherings/parties. Thank you for your understanding.

Check in was simple/easy, the whole house was immaculately clean, we were very impressed, towels smelled fresh lol WiFi was fast, we had no issues streaming My kid loved the games that were available (especially the Connect 4) Gani has literally thought of everything you would possibly need in this house (right down to the salt and pepper and coffee filters!) We 100% would recommend this place AND we will be staying here every time we come to Calgary to visit family!

The house was spotless. A big mark against was that when we booked, it had 4 beds, which is what we were looking for for 4 women. When we checked in, there were only 3. After complaining, a cot was brought in. A cot so uncomfortable, one of us slept on the mattress on the floor. Mattress very thin. After that, we stripped the cushions off one of the couches and slept on that. Better.
