All arrangements were wonderful! Loved the location to all events - the beach, Bridge street, restaurants, waterfront, etc. Also loved the time we were there - Dec. 13-17. Beaches were not crowded, very quiet area.

We had a great time! Thank you. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The porch door did not work properly. You can not lock the door from the outside. I contacted the number given, they said they were coming to fix it and never did. Also the tv remote was very confusing. It took us quite a while to figure it out each time we wanted to watch something. On a better note, the location was amazing! We were able to walk pretty much wherever we wanted. The beach, restaurants, shopping, and to the pier where we took the dolphin and sunset tours. Thank you so much. It was a wonderful trip

Location of property is great. Good size deck off back of property. This is an upstairs unit and stairs are a little steep. Main bedroom is good size. The other is small but does the job. The overall size is ok for 2 adults 2 kids for a few nights. Floors felt a bit dirty and we did find several bugs in the unit. One being a roach (not a palmetto). SeveralOf the dishes were dirty, but hand washed them. Bedding was decent, could use some new pillows in both bedrooms. Good view of Gulf from the back deck. Pool is good size, but shared with a few units, but no biggie. The unit itself could use some overall updating but worked for us for a 2 night stay.
