Crystal beach villa is a luxury, tropical paradise located on the Texas Gulf Coast intracoastal waterways. This beautiful upscale Villa captures, magnificent, waterfront views, prevailing Gulf tropical breezes, spectacular sunrises, and sunsets. This house is all about family fun from gathering around the outdoor bar downstairs to fishing and crabbing off the 300ft ICW bulkhead. We have everything you need to have an amazing fun filled stay. The beach is also just a short golf cart or a car ride down the road. Have the best of both worlds with her wonderful access to the beach, less than a mile away an incredible views, and fun on the intercoastal. Don’t forget Galveston is a short ferry trip away. Ideal for weddings ,retreats, and family reunions. Crystal Beach Villa has approximately 4000 ft.² of living space with five bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms an indoor elevator, an outdoor full bar with sink refrigerator and blender 2600 ft.² of outdoor hospitality. It has a large deck with an outdoor kitchen and private balconies off the three bedrooms.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a commercial refrigerator, oven, icemaker, warming drawer, 2-12 cup coffee makers, and a Keurig two dishwashers and a walk-in pantry filled with beautiful serving dishes of every variety in a large freezer.
Enjoy your meals in the spectacular, octagon shaped dining area, surrounded by windows, displaying the amazing views. The living area is spacious. There is a bluetooth speaker for the downstairs area.
The master suite, privately located on the east wing of the estate has a king size bed, a beautiful open space for the sitting area by the large windows, facing the water to relax in the air conditioning, while enjoying the stunning view and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk in closet
There’s a second smaller master suite on the west side of the home with en-suite full bath.
Smart TVs in all bedrooms and great WIFI for multiple users.

Fantastic house for four families to stay in. The house is laid out well. Short drive to the beach and great fishing right off the bulkhead. We’ve stayed at this house several times and they have upgraded it to make it even better. Can’t wait to come back!

Yearly family beach stay

This was the best yearly family beach stay that we have had. We have been going to Crystal beach for at least 45 years and this was by far was the best. We loved being able to fish from the property. The kids had a blast and no one wanted to leave. The home was immaculate and we had everything we needed. Will defiantly consider staying again next year.

Beautiful house

Spacious lots of room to spread out and create memories with your family. We enjoyed fishing, sunsets and rises, watching the ships pass by, we hung out in all the areas of the house and found each area unique and well designed to entertain.

The property was excellent. Nice and clean. Good fishing right at the back door. We had a blast. The kids loved it. The only problem was I was accused of stilling a fan that we brought ourselves, because there was no fan on the back patio area. Imagine my surprise when i get a phone call at work from the property manager.

The venue was clean and gorgeous. The rlevator was much needed for ease of access to the top and bottom floor. The property was perfect for our wedding day and the property manager, Carrin, was awesome!

The elevator did not work. There was a bad storm and there was a leak in the pantry and master closet. I cleaned it up but it was still raining when we left. Overall it’s a beautiful cabin my grandchildren loved fishing off the dock, they caught a lot of fish and some crabs. The outdoor kitchen was a disappointment bc it’s not useable everything was rusty and didn’t work. We bought an old Smokey to grill with so it worked out. Lots of cookware in kitchen. Loved the commercial fridge. The vent a hood did not work but we didn’t use the stove top much so not an issue

THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

I had my wedding here this past weekend! It was breath taking. The view was the talk of the day and night. Everyone would just wake up early to go see the view. We even saw a dolphin one morning!! The host was quick at responding and so nice and helpful. We are now coming back once a year for a holiday. This was great. I literally have not one complaint.

Our stay was great! My husband and other family members enjoyed time fishing.

I would give the villa a 4 out of 5. The house and property are gorgeous but some updates are needed. There is plenty of space for guests with spacious bedrooms.The leather furniture has cracks in it and the exterior needs to be cleaned. The wooden handrails have large gaps between them that small children can fit through. There are gorgeous views from the upstairs decks, although safety of small children is a concern. The website states plenty of parking... we were able to fit 5 cars in the driveway and 5 more on the side of the house. If updates were made, I would definitely reserve again!

Great vacation for all ages.

This is the third time we’ve rented this property. Host is great and communicates with you well. The audio and video systems are a bit over my head, then the grandchildren showed up and everything thing worked Just fine. Great fishing, boating, sun views and the beach is 3 minutes south. We love watching the intracoastal waterway traffic and navigating the Texas coast. The Galveston strand is only a 30 minute boat ride.

Great Time!

Our family trip to the Crystal Beach Villa was outstanding. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The fisherman love the fishing, they were fishing all day. Carinn was awesome! A little bit of Heaven on Earth

Overall this property is truly wonderfully amazing. I would definitely stay here again. While the inside of the property was immaculate, the outside is starting to show a little bit of aging. Where else can you fish, crab, and harvest oysters from the side or back of the house? IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!

Great time

This property was a great stay for families and great place to get away from it all. With the patio and lower level being so open it gave us a great sense of comfort. I would suggest to redo or make the upper level railings safer for little kids to be around in. We wouldn’t let the little ones out being worried they will fall between the rails.
