Enjoyed our stay. Great communication. Easy check-in. Kitchen was missing pot holders and oven mitts (had one) and pans are in pretty bad shape but other than that kitchen had everything we needed and more!

Great location for a beach house! Enjoyed our stay, but due to the holiday, communications were somewhat slow. The VRBO house description should include more the property offers....especially in terms of the spare beach chairs and pool/beach toys...we enjoyed those, but could have saved space in travel by not also bringing out own.

We arrived at 3:50 for a 4:00 pm. check in and the cleaning crew was just arriving also. We could not get into the house until 4:50. Once in the house the AC did not work and we discovered massive mold in the master bathroom. We tried repeatedly to contact rental property agent and they only respond through email and text. We could not talk to anyone on the phone which was extremely frustrating. The towels and linens were very poor quality. The pool was great and the layout of the house was great however it was a bad flip. I would not rent again.

Thank you for staying with Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We’re very sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find the home was not ready at check-in, followed by additional concerns during your stay. We appreciate you bringing this feedback to our attention, and the issues you noted regarding the home's condition, comfort, and communication experience will be reviewed and addressed. While we're glad you were able to enjoy the pool and found the layout of the home to be a good fit, we regret that the overall experience left you disappointed. We value your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.

House and location were exceptional!Communication with the management company was great. Extremely quick to respond and follow up on our questions/concerns.Many little extras not called out in the listing: ping pong table, extremely well stocked kitchen with an extra beverage fridge (that was key) assorted pool toys, beach wagon and chairs and more.Note to owner/property manager: A few housekeeping issues to take a look at: - first board on the gazebo is bowed and a definite tripping hazard -market lights under deck didn't work (bummer for sure). Either replace, remove or let us in on the secret to turn on.A surprise visit from the ice cream truck on Friday was a nice little treat from the rental company as a thank you,

Girls Weekend

The house was beautiful and thankful for the no pet rule. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds comfy and bathrooms were extra clean. Loved the ping pong room with the garage door to open up to the pool area. Too bad we came in the winter!

Amazing

This was the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed in! The house was extremely clean. The kitchen came with every cooking utensil needed. The property manager/ owner was timely in responding even when I had questions a few weeks before our trip. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Amazing

We booked this house for our family vacation this year and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The location is wonderful, the saltwater pool was so nice and clean (they actually clean it 2x a week), beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were a pleasant surprise! The house and amenities were kept very neat and clean! Needless to say, I would definitely book this house again! Thanks!

High Expectations: Exceeded!

This is a wonderful property! We have vacationed at OIB for 40+ years and this is one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in. Spacious, gorgeous decor. Super clean and supplied with everything you can imagine. If you’re impressed by the pictures, just wait until you see it in person. Excellent, responsive property management. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Wonderful beachfront property

We had 12 people stay. All 11 cars fit in the driveway. Plenty of room for everyone in the house. The beds were comfortable. We wish they would include the beds being made and the sheets and towels in the price. Not a big deal just a suggestion. The house looked exactly like the photos. Gorgeous house and location and we had the best time. Thank you gorgeous locatio just like the photos

Aqualicious indeed...

Our group included seasoned VRBO property owner/operators and we all agreed that this was the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen. Slight issue with freezer door (a bad design - this one is on LG) was immediately addressed by the property manager. Service quality was top notch. We have already booked for 2024. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Wonderful family vacation!

This property is spacious and well appropriated. There was nothing we actually needed that wasn’t already there. The decor is modern and clean. Optimal bedding for full families. All queries were addressed promptly and readily attended without impacting our visit. The pool is not large but sufficient for a relaxing dip. The only suggestion I have would be to extend the walkway to the beach from the house side of the dunes to beyond the dunes to make it easier to get to the strand. Overall, a wonderful week. Thank you.

The location was perfect. We visit OIB every year but always stay on the canal. This was our first year OF and we loved it. so easy to walk down to the beach. And we loved having access to the beach and a pool. It was great for the grandkids. There are a few things that need to be fixed in the house. but this is the end of rental season and I know things get abused throughout the summer. there were a few things that could be added to the kitchen...griddle for pancakes, kids utensils, and also the pots/pans had really been abused. Regardless, we would stay here again. The layout of the house was great and the decor was very relaxing and beautiful. The contacts we worked with were awesome.

Beach Retreat

Very spacious and clean house. Plenty of beds for our party of 12. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking pans to table service. Had a slightly rainy week, so didn't use the pool. Would be nice to have blinds for the streetside windows. We needed to provide our own linens and towels since it was after Labor day or pay extra. Didn't realize the convenience of that service being provided. Property Manager responded quickly to the one time we needed something. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!
