Our family has the best time! Loved:Huge wrap around porchOutdoor dining on porch watching movies at night Hot tubHuge creek frontage Kids sliding down the rock Fire pit Lovely interior Comfortable beds Hillman Brewery in old fort. Hope to come back!
Fantastic new home with absolutely phenomenal outdoor spaces. The wrap around porch is basically a second home. My girls loved playing in the creek and it was a perfect place to spend a long weekend. Old Fort is a super cute town as well. Thanks for the opportunity to form wonderful memories
We have stayed in several properties with VRBO and my family agrees this is our favorite! The beds are very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the personal touches of the host make you feel right at home. After a long day of hiking there was nothing better than the hot tub and listening to the creek. My kids loved the video game upstairs and board games as well as the rock slide and cornhole. The host was available to answer any questions. We can’t wait to visit again!
Great place to stay. It was spotless inside and out. Our grandkids loved the stream. We had a fire and roasted marsh mellows. The hot tub was very nice. We loved our stay. I would suggest towel holders in downstairs bathroom, and a chest or dresser in downstairs bedroom. We would suggest this private place to friends. And we would love to visit again.
The house is gorgeous and the property is even better than the pictures. It is so relaxing to sit on the deck and listen to the flowing water. The hot tub is another great amenity. Thank you for hosting us!
This home is beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed the amenities including a huge hot tub and kitchen stocked with spices and drinks. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck listening to the sound of the creek. The beds were super comfy with fabulous pillows and blankets. No complaints - a wonderful weekend!
This house that is beautiful! The driveway was very scary. Especially when we came back in the evening when it was dark. It makes you feel like you’re driving off a cliff and you can’t see the driveway to know where to go. The two cushion chairs on the porch smelled like mold, so unfortunately, we could not use those. The sound of the creek while you sat on the porch with your coffee in the mornings was so relaxing. The hot tub could use a good cleaning behind the headrest. The headrest kept coming off and they were dirty behind them. Overall, our experience was amazing and relaxing.
Hike up the mountain, but the property itself is beautiful. Great communication with the host. Plenty of room for my party 8 and never felt like we were on top of each other.
