We were so happy with our stay at the Devereaux House! It was so warm and inviting and beautifully updated. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Plenty of room for our party of 7 to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well stocked. And the owner is very generous with the amount of towels & washcloths provided! We will absolutely stay here again.

I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. I have a background in Interior Design and Customer Service. In 1996, while in school for Interior Design, I would comb through home magazines and came across this beautiful Bed and Breakfast in Vermont, I said to myself, someday I would love to own something like that. In 2022, I had the chance to open up the Devereaux House in Ellicottville NY to host families for their getaways. The qualities that I hold are a great blend that pushes me to be a better host and my top priority is to give my guest the best experience possible while staying at the house.

Why they chose this property

Ellicottville NY has so much to offer, from beautiful views to entertainment for the whole family. Quant village charm with lots of activities from skiing and snowboarding in the winter, to hiking and biking in the summer. The village has many bars, restaurants and shops to choose from, host many events and festivals year round to keep the visitors always coming back year after year.

What makes this property unique

The mid 1800 farm house was recently renovation but still maintains the charm of older homes. The house is light and airing as you’re able to enjoy the outside views from every room. The yard is quite large for ease of entertaining large families.
