Biggest plus is this location is very convenient for walking to the main street with restaurants, stores, and the lake. Place was tidy when we arrived and having off-street parking is a plus. Central AC/Heating is a plus, but there is also a wood stove if you want to feel extra mountainy. They welcome pets, and even had a little mat for their food and water. On our visit, there was a brief issue accessing the property, but the host resolved that within a few minutes. Only other brief comments are the build up of pine needs in the front make for slippery conditions, and arriving at night, the address and steps down to the property could use better lighting. Otherwise, this is a great spot for spending time near Lake Gregory.
