Labor Day weekend trip

Enjoyed our stay and the owners were great communicators. Great location in the resort. Loved that we could bring along our golden doodle. Had the perfect amount of space for our family of four.

Long Weekend Away

Stayed here for a few nights, home was very nice, and the basement with air hockey and other games made for an enjoyable getaway! Communication with the hosts was good, and the home was stocked with anything we needed. Would recommend the home, and will definitely consider for our next Massanutten trip!

Wonderful Massanutten Home

This home was perfect for my husband and I and our two daughters. We came for the Light Up The Park light show, and the location could not have been better. We'd love to stay again sometime, and hope to come back when true season begins

Great for family stay to enjoy Massanutten Resort

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was well maintained and very clean, and the property manager was very responsible. Also, the games in the basement (air hockey, ping pong, etc.) are great value added. The weather was not great while in our stay, but our kids enjoyed the games so much. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Shenandoah/Massanutten next time.

Easter weekend

We were visiting our JMU student for Easter. This home was a great fit. We enjoyed the games in the basement and that the home was dog friendly. The fenced yard was a big bonus. The beds were comfy & the home was nicely decorated.

Very nice property convenient to recreation. Very clean and very comfortable. Ample parking. Bonus was the fenced in back yard to let the dogs out. Kitchen well equipped but close to so many good eating choices, did not take advantage of this. Quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Would stay again. Grandchildren enjoyed ping pong, air hockey and their own TV.

This was a nice place for a long weekend. We enjoyed the deck and the games in the basement. The photos in the listing showed a regular fire pit but there was a propane one when we arrived. Also there was a cracked ping pong ball, luckily we brought one with us. The driveway easily fit three cars so that was nice. We also loved that there were tennis balls and stuffed dog toys in the house when we arrived, that was a nice touch. Overall a good stay for the holiday weekend.

While the house did have many of the amenities they boasted, the quality was not what we had expected. From the moment we pulled up there was trash littering the front yard and porch. As we walked in I picked up two balls of plastic and tape that were stuck to the porch, which was surprising as we were pulling in as the cleaner left. As we walked around, we noticed there was debris in the floor, stains on rugs, dead bugs everywhere, and that the basememt door had been left unlocked, and fire alarms were detached. The "coffee bar" had a coffee maker that was so dirty we just did without. There was a washer and dryer, but the dryer was covered in old dirty lint we cleaned off because we were afraid we would be blamed. The air hockey table was great, but there were no ping pong balls, all the darts were broken on the dartboard, the ring toss game couldnt be played because the hook would fall off the wall, and the basketball game was torn and all the balls would fall out in the floor. The nice deck they mentioned was hazardous, with rotting wood. Some boards had been replaced, others had not. The furniture was worn and dirty, trees were growing out of the gutters, and paint was peeling off of doors. The firepit area was equally uncared for, with landscaping fabric gaping out of the mulch and more dirty furniture. The neighbors had dogs who barked if you went outside, and early in the morning to wake you.The house was acceptable, with nice enough features, but needs updates.
