We could not have asked for a better play to stay. The condo is beautifully furnished, cozy and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfy, the hot tub wonderful after a hard day of skiing, and the air hockey table is such a great addition. The shuttle is so convenient as well. It was a perfect stay, we will definitely stay here again!
So glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. Had everything we need for a week at Sugarloaf. My son and I made our meals in a nice kitchen with everything we needed in dishware, cookware and appliances. We also played a lot of air hockey.
This condo is a lovely condo, nicely appointed with all things Sugarloaf and Maine. Very spacious and clean, it easily accommodated our family for our ski trip. A bit off-putting, was finding the homeowner's personal items throughout the condo. Food and beer in the refrigerator and freezer, clothing and toiletries in the bedroom and bathrooms, liquor cabinet and other items. Our experience is personal items are locked away in the homeowners locker, so one does not feel like they are intruding on someone's personal space. Although it was the end of January, the Christmas tree was still up - odd. This condo can easily sleep 8 plus people, yet, there was not a pan large enough to cook a pound of pasta. Finally, the homeowner's love of technical gadgets was evident and included a nanny cam on the fireplace mantle, which we promptly unplugged. Additionally, we were told towels were not included in the cleaning fee (360 for 4 nights) and to either bring our own or if we use theirs, wash them prior to leaving. Again, a beautiful condo, great location, nice large hot tub (although my silver bracelets were badly tarnished), the owners need to up their game to really claim the title of "high end" condo.

Hi Patti - I am so glad you had a lovely time at the condo. I wish you had called me during your stay as I would have happily addressed any issues that you had. We have a pot large enough to cook a pound of pasta - my guess it that it was in the dishwasher or put back in the wrong place by a previous renter. As far as the camera - we do not leave that plugged in - so I'm not sure why it would have been plugged in. We only use in the summer months when we are not at the condo for extended periods of time. But on your suggestion, I will put that in the owners closet until the summer. As far as food and beer left in the refrigerator, we generally leave butter, ketchup, maple syrup and those types of things that renters are welcome to use, but no other food. It may have been left by the previous renter and should have been cleaned out by the cleaners. Since it was not, I am happy to refund you a portion of the cleaning fee. I was told by my cleaner that the previous renter also left some clothes behind - so that may have been what you saw in the drawers - as we put our clothes in the owners closet. In any case, these items should have been taken care of before you arrived and I am happy to refund a portion of your fee. Hope you enjoyed the mountain and that skiing was amazing for you. All my best! Shelley
