A new 3 BR, 2.5 BA house located just off the West Branch of the Carrabassett River in Kingfield. Quiet setting 20 minutes from Sugarloaf Mountain and a few minutes from historic downtown Kingfield. Comfortable home to unwind, enjoy nature, the dark skies, and to unplug for a bit. Hiking, mountain biking, and snowmobiling located just minutes away and close to golf and skiing. The house is located on the edge of a large hayfield with access to the West Branch of the Carrabassett River.
