WATERFRONT ON SEBAGO LAKE, SANDY BEACH, DOCK, MOORING, AC, AND PET FRIENDLY

Sebago Retreat is a pristine and peaceful Sebago Lake cottage w/ 100' of private beach! Beautiful views of the lake and sunrise, the front cottage has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 comfortably, or utilize the futon on the porch to accommodate more), a massive screened-in porch, high-end linens, gas fire pit area with cozy Adirondack chairs. The AC/heat split units in each bedroom plus living room, and updated kitchen and bath. Enjoy the large screened porch (36' x 12') or step out the door to enjoy the beach and clear waters of Sebago. Appreciate the wildlife; a perfect retreat for bird watchers, fishing, or simply putting your feet up to relax in this peaceful location, listening to the loons in the morning and evening hours, or catching a glimpse of the daily eagle flybys. One mooring is available for renters if desired. We have two docks; one installed new in 2021 on the right side of the beach, and a second, older dock is positioned to the far left and bifurcates the owner's area. The new dock forms a T at the end (see example photos) with space for sitting where you can enjoy your coffee at sunrise or a cocktail at sunset. If you're bringing a boat, the end of the dock is ideal for drop-off and pick-up of passengers. There are two kayaks available for your use if desired. Please bring your own life jackets.
