Gorgeous, updated one bedroom with spectacular views! Open concept living/dining with sectional sofa including a queen sleeper overlooks the sparkling ocean through a huge wall to wall window! Fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for meal prep including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Dining areas seats 5 and also provides that spectacular view! Luxurious King bedroom (again with a breathtaking view) open to the covered veranda which also opens off the living room.

Wonderful stay. Great view of the ocean and beach. Kitchen had what we needed Condo was clean. Bed very comfortable. Easy check in and out. Communication with owners outstanding. Lovely island. Will definitely go back. Food in area was really good. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It was on a beautiful street with a great walking trail that was all shaded. Downtown was nice to walk Definitely need a car. Overall it was wonderful!

The kitchen cabinets need an update and the pots and pans were a tad old. The fixtures in the bathroom were old and the shower didn't drain properly. I texted with Kellie about everything and she was great. The location is great. It's a short walk to the beach. The 2 pools are fabulous.

Amelia Island Get Away

Very nice, and comfortable condo, with lovely view to the ocean and beach. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and concerns. Enjoyed our stay very much. Location is not too far from Jacksonville and St. Augustine for day trips. We recommend this location/condo!

I’ve been a super house for the last three years! My name is Kellie and I’m originally from Bowling Green Kentucky. I have been on the island for 14 years and raised my four youngest children here. It is a fantastic place to live with so many things to do.

Why they chose this property

The south end of the island is a very unique and serene section of the island. The tree line streets and the beautiful stretch of Shoreline speak for themselves. It is quite and quaint, but yet still close enough to everything and in walking distance to the Ritz Carlton.

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect unit to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Well decorated but yet very home like and comfortable.
