Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. One suggestion is that information and recommendations of tours, restaurants, shops, etc. be available in unit.

The property itself was wonderful. Close enough to many restaurants to easily walk and walkable to historic areas if you are able to walk long distances. There is also a free shuttle system in easy walking distance that covers the historic area. The WiFi worked the first evening and morning and then just disappeared mostly. They were able to fix it briefly then it died again. We had several days of no WiFi and had to use hot spots to stay connected. There was no refund of any amount offered for this issue. The property was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies for us to eat breakfasts and have snacks there. They provided a little coffee to start for a coffee maker in the kitchen. They also had an electric kettle which we used. They had cleaning supplies and toiletries provided in the bathrooms. The surrounding area was fairly quiet at night. The people below us were loud, but quieted down between 10 and 10:30 each night so that was fine. Just realize that sound carries between the two units. I highly recommend this place if they fix the WiFi problem.

Thank you, Donna, for your thoughtful feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the property and its convenient location. We appreciate your comments about the WiFi and will work on improving it. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience!
Location, bedrooms and bathrooms were good. The hot water didn’t work in the front two bathroom sinks. No washcloths and no mention of that in the amenities. Host would not provide so had to buy some. Living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable.

Big condo just a few blocks off King Street. Impeccably clean; easy check-in. Just be aware that there are only 2 assigned parking spots, and street parking is 2 hrs only, 24/7. There is free public parking less than a mile away for extra cars, however.
The best part about this house is the bedroom/bathroom setup. There are four good sized bedrooms, two of which can "flex" from king beds to two twins. So lots of room for sleeping, less bed sharing with a large group, etc.
Additionally, every bedroom comes with a bathroom! So no waiting to use restrooms or showers, even with a large group.
The house doesn't have a ton of living space, but there is a nice sized kitchen and a small living room. In nice weather there is a great covered porch area so it didn't feel too cramped.
Overall a great experience!

One towel per Guest, one guest had bites on her leys and arms
Upon arrival, the beds were not separated as requested twice in the correspondence. I reached out asking for this along with a few more towels as one towel per guest over three days seemed weird. After multiple email's back and forth they told me its Sunday and they didn't have anyone to come out to split te
he beds and its wasn't a hotel. Actually its run by a group as apposed to someone's house, which would be fully supplied with linens and kitchen equipment. This condo was so sparsely equipped its was definitely not a home nor a hotel. That comment was very unnecessary. This took up another hour of my time to arrange someone to split the beds and still only one towel per guest for three days.
Finally one guest was bitten on both her legs and arms in one of the rooms. Only her. I let the group know to very little communication in response to the problem.
The group is money churning in these Houses under its hotel group. There is very little care to the comfort of the guests
