Perfect again!

This is the third time we have used this property for a family beach vacation. It has everything we want in a property - right on the water, beautiful and large property, and the management team have been great to work with. We're planning to be back next year.

Great house, very very very clean, perfect location, will not disappoint. Beach was also maintained and very clean, along with privacy from the vendors. 10 out of 10. Will be our spot each time we come to Rocky Point.

Amazing home & Great communication

Having the main house with adjacent Casitas for my adult children was the perfect fit for our family. To have family time and individual time for each member of our family was amazing. The location, like the home itself is breathtaking and one of a kind. If we could have brought our mini bulldog would have made the trip a true family event. This house is our new "go to" house in RP.

As good as it gets.

This was the ultimate property for us. Clean, perfect location (we stepped off the property onto the beach in Costa Diamante, excellent quick communication with the property manager. It could not have been better. I gave it 5 stars because there is no 6 button.

Beautiful home

We rented this home to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was a wonderful choice for our group. The location is beautiful and the home is just as impressive in person. It made for a really special and memorable stay. We stayed very busy during our trip and didn’t end up using the movie theater room, but it’s such a great feature to have and would be fun to enjoy on a future visit. There are a few steps in the kitchen area that can be easy to miss when you’re moving around and chatting with a group. After a couple of people tripped, we placed barstools as a visual cue, and that worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. We had a private chef come in one evening to cook dinner four us, and everything went smoothly. I gave the host a heads up in advance so there were no problems with access at the gate for the chef. The host was great to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a beautiful place to stay.
