Located right on the Sea of Cortez! This house is pure luxury!

The main house consists of a chef's kitchen, a butler's pantry, open concept living and dining, a bar, the primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the laundry room, a 1/2 bath for entertaining and a home theatre room! The views are the best you will find in all of Rocky Point!

The courtyard and outdoor BBQ grill and seating and has 3 additional Casita bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

All of them have attached en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, smart TVs, and patio doors that open up to the exterior patio to the Sea of Cortez.

Costa Diamante is a gated and guarded community is located in the middle of the popular Sandy Beach. Costa Diamante has a pool, hot tub, basketball court, bocci court, and kid's playground. Located in the center of Sandy Beach where you can enjoy mangos and pineapples on the beach or you can venture out to some of the nearby restaurants and bars. Take a short walk along the cobblestone road to Colin's Cantina, La Joya, or Shive Shop. Costa Diamante has patrolling security that enforces community rules. Please review the rules before you book this property.

Beautiful home

We rented this home to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was a wonderful choice for our group. The location is beautiful and the home is just as impressive in person. It made for a really special and memorable stay. We stayed very busy during our trip and didn’t end up using the movie theater room, but it’s such a great feature to have and would be fun to enjoy on a future visit. There are a few steps in the kitchen area that can be easy to miss when you’re moving around and chatting with a group. After a couple of people tripped, we placed barstools as a visual cue, and that worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. We had a private chef come in one evening to cook dinner four us, and everything went smoothly. I gave the host a heads up in advance so there were no problems with access at the gate for the chef. The host was great to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a beautiful place to stay.

Amazing home & Great communication

Having the main house with adjacent Casitas for my adult children was the perfect fit for our family. To have family time and individual time for each member of our family was amazing. The location, like the home itself is breathtaking and one of a kind. If we could have brought our mini bulldog would have made the trip a true family event. This house is our new "go to" house in RP.

This was the ultimate property for us. Clean, perfect location (we stepped off the property onto the beach in Costa Diamante, excellent quick communication with the property manager. It could not have been better. I gave it 5 stars because there is no 6 button.
