The morning of our check-in day, we had not heard from the host with check-in details. I messaged them asking for instructions. I received a message back stating that the code would be sent, At the 4:00 check-in time we had heard nothing. We messaged again and said we were about 20 minutes away from the property, and again asked for the code, Nothing, We drove to the property, hoping that maybe the host was there, When we arrived, there was no one at the property, As I approached the from door, I could hear the electronic lock open. Above the door was a security camera, so the host must have be alerted to our arrival. I again messaged the host (they provided no phone number) and asked for the code, They messaged back the code, and nothing else. The evening before our check out day, I messaged asking for the check-out instructions, I received a detailed list that included instructions to bag the garbage and take it to the community garbage center, There was however no information about where this center was, We asked for the address, No response, As we were leaving, we bagged up all of our garbage and left it in the kitchen near the trash can and messaged the host. After we had left the property, they sent the address.

The stay overall was good. The property itself was beautiful and peaceful, the rooms were nice as well. The only issues we had were with the electrical outlets and the cleanliness of the hot tub. They were great at communicating once we reached out to them though and helped resolve the problems.
