Ultimate Family Beach House with all the amenities you will need

Relax in oceanview home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Inverted floor plan to maximize the ocean views.

There are 2 oversized, covered decks with plenty of comfortable furniture to kick back and enjoy the spectacular ocean view.

Oversized gourmet kitchen with granite counters and island is a perfect spot to enjoy that happy hour drink. Kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home.

Master has a 55" flat screen and other 3 bedrooms has a 42"flat screen TV mounted on the wall with HD. The great room has a 12 foot vaulted ceiling with a 55" HDTV with full surround sound, blue ray disc player, and outside deck speakers.

Outside hot and cold shower to wash the sand away. Short walk to easy beach access just across the street.

Master bedroom with king bed and full master bath. Second and third bedrooms share a buddy bath and have 1 king bed and 1 queen bed respectfully. Second floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and has a full bath with private entrance. Great room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

Very nice property. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed sitting outside on top deck in the captain chairs. Host was very good to work with resolving a couple minor issues out of his control. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second year staying here and and have already reserved for next year! The house is clean, well furnished, and in a perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook and eat meals. We feel comfortable and at home!

We were in town for our son’s wedding, and had several family members stay with us. The house had plenty of space for all of us and was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The short walk to the beach was also ideal. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great. It was only a block from the beach - about a one minute walk. View from the top porch of the ocean was great too. House was very clean and updated. Mike is super responsive to any issues. We had one minor issue come up (breaker tripped on bedroom power) and Mike responded immediately.

The location of this property was great close to beach access but street wasn’t busy. Stairs will give you a leg workout but still a great property. View is excellent

A fun time at Oak Island!

It was our first visit to Oak Island and we enjoyed our location close to the beach but on a quiet road. The porches were a great place to gather and the living space comfortable! We had a great time!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location for beach access. Our favorite part would have to be the upstairs porch area. We enjoyed drinking our coffee and seeing the ocean in the distance.

Great Beach House!

Beach house was wonderful. The bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family. Walk to the beach was quick and easy! The upper porch was our hangout space looking out over the ocean even from the third row! Don’t hesitate on renting this home for your next vacation.

Loved the Ocean View

We loved sitting on the top porch and looking at the ocean and cooking in the spacious kitchen with an ocean view as well. It was a very short walk to the beach which was great with 3 little kids. There were beach chairs and lots of toys for the grandkids.

I am a Physical Education Teacher in Connecticut and my wife is an IT manager. We have 2 boys ages 21and 24. We love to travel as a family and enjoy the ocean. I enjoy skiing, golf, and basketball. My wife enjoys skiing, the beach, traveling, golf, and shopping, not necessarily in that order. Both boys snowboard, golf, skateboard, and play basketball, and baseball.

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing in the area for over 20 years, and always wanted to have our own place. We just decided to go for it!

What makes this property unique

We simply love the easy access to the beach and the wonderful views from just about every room in the house. Oak Island is a family beach and very quiet. However, if we want to take a short trip into Wilmington, or the Myrtle Beach area it is easy drive up or down Rt. 17. Oak Island has a wonderful town park with water splash pad, tennis, basketball courts as well as fields for playing ball and a skatepark for the kids.
