The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 1102 is tastefully arranged with an Indies-style feel and cool hues throughout that will immediately instill that relaxed feeling of being in the tropics – and you are!

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and marble countertops. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench and marble countertops.

We had an incredible Christmas stay! The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for our holiday getaway.My wife and her mom were so impressed with the space—it didn't feel like a cold rental, it truly felt like home. It was cozy, welcoming, and provided the perfect backdrop for our family celebrations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this beautiful spot for anyone visiting Destin!

Wonderful Condo

We absolutely loved staying in this unit. My wife and I and our teenage son really enjoyed spending family time in this condo. The condo was just as described. Condo was clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the pool area is very nice. The check in and check out process was so easy and convenient. We will definitely be back again.

Great stay at this beautiful property. Excellent location. Very nicely decorated. We needed only a couple things to make this perfect. Visitors could use clothes soap and softener. The kitchen needs some food prep bags, baggies, tin foil items. We will difinetly be back and loved 602

Beach chair chaos

Definitely need to do something about communicating when the chairs and umbrella are taken back I was there for a week and felt bad for the men that had to deal with ignorant guests who didn't want to give their chairs back at 5p.m. Fob system is nice once you figure it out also think that could be better explained. Other than that it's a nice emplacement to visit.

All but that one star - 4 star review

This was my third time staying at Silver Towers, I absolutely love it. The only complaint was we were not advised until the day before that the office is closed on Tuesdays and we would have to do a "late arrival" check in. I see no reason why we could not have been advised of this earlier so we could have planned accordingly. I HATE un-necessary last minute changes. My daughter and I were driving down (7 hours) and my sister was flying down. Sister was arriving around 10am but we telephoned to confirm she would be able to check us in when she arrived and leave her suitcase behind the front desk until the condo was ready. (They should have told her then that the main office would be closed.) She was told she could change in a bathroom and relax by the pool. BUT because the front desk was closed and she arrived around 10am she could not leave her suitcase and she did not have a key fob to have access to the building, a bathroom or the pool etc. It was very inconvenient for her to spend several hours on a hot sunny day with no access to get inside. She did call for assistance and they did assist her with checking in a few hours later after 12 noon. If we had know in advance she would have known and worked out other arrangements. They should have advised us in advance that the main office would be closed on our arrival date and we would be required to use "late checkin". A great place but communication is key.

Our recent stay with Compass Resorts was amazing. Staff friendly and very helpful. Weather could have been a little better but apparently cold snap nationwide. The sun was warm and beaches were clean and well kept as well as pool area. Residents and/or other vacation visitors very friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely return. Deb F

Paradise😍

Absolutely everything about this property was wonderful. Felt like paradise waking up to the ocean right outside every morning. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
