FULLY FURNISHED HOUSE FOR RENT. PA/NJ Border. (Lehigh Valley). Located in Phillipsburg NJ, right at the Easton PA border. Convenient to rts 22 and 78, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton PA. We try to keep our prices low, we cater mostly to working adults, but all are welcome. House is clean, comfortable and has all the necessities, but is not opulent. Also located in a neighborhood that is generally regarded to be very safe. Automatic outdoor security lighting.
The space
Fully furnished, toaster, Keurig Coffee machine, Iron, blow dryer, full kitchen, etc. Baseboard heat and window A/C (older house in great condition). Queen sized bed. BEDROOMS ARE ON 2ND FLOOR (no elevator).
Guest access
entire house, 2 off-street parking spots, yard with gas grill.
there are 2 bedrooms but an enclosed porch (with heat and a/c) with a sleeper sofa for extra guest (host must be made aware).
Other things to note
We cater mostly to working travelers. Vintage house, very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for matching towels and chocolate on the pillow, this is not for you. But anyone who just needs a clean and comfortable place, with all the necessities, parking, and in a safe neighborhood, you are welcome to stay.
