Relax and settle right into your vacation at our well appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Enjoy the sunsets from the gorgeous resort style heated pool, putting green and outdoor grill & dining! Two primary ensuite retreats each with King beds and two other Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, and enough space to comfortably sleep everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and comfortable living areas to spread out. We're located near the major sporting venues and all the major Phoenix attractions.

Great property. A lot of included amenities. Pool was nice and outdoor portion is a terrific feature and very relaxing. Use of the garage and opener was convenient and appreciated. Just overall very comfortable and well appointed.

Incredible house, yard and location!

For spring training baseball or a relaxing vacation by the pool, this house has it all! The lake is tranquil and the pool is the perfect spot to watch the putting green competitions. Eric is a phenomenal host and the house has everything b you may need to enjoy your Phoenix adventures.

Great Spring Training Getaway

The houses was exactly as described/pictured and had everything you could possibly need. The yard including the pool was beautiful and our kids enjoyed daily. Communication with Eric was a breeze and he was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

The house is amazing! It has everything you need and more. Great layout with lots of space very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The backyard and pool are wonderful. We spent a few down days just relaxing in the pool the whole day. Eric is also super responsive to anything you need. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay

We were in town for my son and daughter in laws college graduation. The house was as described. Owner was proactive communicating details to us and checked in daily to answer any questions. He also provided suggestions for nearby eats and activities. The property was very clean and plenty of beach towels, bath towels pool toys and kitchen supplies. Each bed room had an attached bathroom which was perfect for our group. The pool and outdoor patio space is where we spent most of our time -plenty of shade - a beautiful property. Location offers quick access to hwy 10 and 101 to get you wherever you want to go. We had a fantastic time ! 10/10.
