This beautifully hand scribed log home is the perfect vacation destination for your small group or family. It offers the western flair of Sisters with it's warm and cozy log interior, HUGE MASTER ENSUITE, extensive covered porches-front and rear, and welcoming western decor & furniture!

Nestled in the pines of Tollgate, a trekker's paradise, and just minutes from the quaint western town of Sisters, you'll be in the heart of the beautiful Oregon Cascades and near the majestic Sisters Mountains- Faith, Hope and Charity for hiking and exploring opportunities!!
EXPERIENCE a fun filled Central Oregon vacation! Hike around Suttle Lake or Black Butte, fly fish the Metolius, enjoy the scenic rock house at Dee Wright Observatory, or climb Smith Rock, fish, shop in the quaint town of Sisters, visit art galleries, dine in fine restaurants, visit popular coffee shops, golf at one of four nearby courses, AND EXPLORE!
BBQ and enjoy the huge fully fenced backyard. Go swimming in the seasonal pool (just a few blocks from the cabin), play pickleball, badminton, volleyball, tennis, horseshoes or basketball!! We asked ourselves, if we could invest in our future and the future of our children and their children, what might the best investment be??? The answer seemed perfectly clear to Dave (my husband) as we passed this wonderful cabin again and again!! “That's it!”, he'd exclaim, as we'd continue driving, searching for a lesser home. “That's it, that's the one!”
So, we finally pulled in and peeked around. As it turned out, it really was it!!!!
Dave and I reside in Salem, with our American Eski’s, near our adult children and grandchildren!
Dave operates Dave Power Automotive and Marine, while I enjoy helping home buyer’s and seller’s realize their real estate dreams!
Bill and Joan live in Sisters. They fell in love with Central Oregon first, having resided here back in the '60's After working as a teacher and scientist in the Salem area for over 30 years, they returned to beautiful Central Oregon to enjoy the sunshine and scenery!
Collectively, we've been married over100 years! Our son, Jake married his beautiful bride, Jenny in a delightfully picturesque backyard wedding (here) in August 2014!

I love waking up to deer, a blanket of snow on the ground or nonstop sunshine, and the wind whispering through the Ponderosa Pines.
Our home is situated on a half acre, in lovely Tollgate, a peaceful, family friendly villiage just a 5 minute drive to the heart of downtown Sisters!

Suttle Lake, fly fishing the Metolius, hiking to the head of Jack, Mt Washington, Mt Jefferson, Black Butte, Willamette National Forest, Hoodoo, Mt. Bachelor, Bend, Smith Rock, High Desert Museum, swimming, kayaking, boating, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking, biking, golfing, high mountain lakes, exploring, spelunking, hot springs, streams, and delightful downtown Sisters were a few deciding factors in our selection of this wonderful slice of heaven on earth.
