Spend relaxing time with the whole family at this charming 2-bedroom in the heart of Key Biscayne. The apartment holds a key to access the beach, which is minutes away on foot. With Winn-Dixie and numerous restaurants at walking distance, you can live the true KB experience in a pleasant, welcoming abode.


THE SPACE
The apartment itself gets great sunlight, with a strong A/C to make sure you are comfortable. The building is a few stories tall, and this apartment is located on the second floor of this elevator building. There is a pool for residents, and the beach you can access is directly next to the Ritz Carlton's. The balcony is ample as well as the kitchen, making even a day of staying in delightful.


GUEST ESSENTIALS
The apartment comes with 1 parking spot on the premises, but most needs are within walking distance. Your beach, supermarket, CVS, brunch spot, and numerous other eats are just a few minutes away.


NEIGHBORHOOD
There are only 4 buildings in all of KB that allow short term rentals! The market is scarce and this is a rare gem, be it for short term or long term.


GETTING AROUND
If you’re not planning to leave KB, a golf cart rental might be a smart alternative! A car rental is also a good move, and this listing includes a parking space.


OTHER DETAILS
Parking available on premises. No long or wide cars.

We have a hotel-trained housekeeper at your disposal and can come by once a week (or more, if desired; inquire) to clean the apartment and make sure a longer-term experience is just as care-free and tidy as a short one.

If your stay is longer than one month, additional housekeeping is required once every two weeks during your stay. This is not included in the cleaning fee, so you can pay the housekeeper directly for this service or send me the money through Vrbo and I will pay her.

IMPORTANT: This building's HOA requires a copy of government issued photo ID for all guests over 18, along with a signed document agreeing to follow the condominium's rules and regulations. This information is not shared anywhere else and is destroyed upon completion of stay. If you are not comfortable with sharing this info, please do not book!

Excellent location, quiet, easy to access, as described, good for kids, walk 3 minutes to the beach, safe to walk at night, peaceful. The place was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms and also had beach towels if needed. There is also a cute little patio to sit outside.

Great Location. Lovely Condo.

Building is quiet and close to the beach. Also Key Biscayne is an excellent place to stay with less traffic than Miami Beach. Biggest surprise is that the beds were super comfortable and all kids and adults slept well.

Family getaway

Everything was clean and comfortable! Toilet in only one bathroom was nonfunctional upon arrival. The host responded to the news by telling us this has never happened before and asked me to turn the valve to be sure it was open. This did not work. He said he would send someone out to fix. In the meantime we went ahead and started looking elsewhere because 1) we had no guarantee that it could be fixed and 2) the host didn’t reply to our message for a few hours about being put in a stressful position of no working toilet and no place to stay when it was late afternoon on a weekend. The several hour gap in communication with no working toilet was stressful! It ultimately was fixed and the plumber was a very nice person. It worked out but just could have been less stressful with more problem solving communication from host.

Great Location and all the essentials are provided at this clean, comfortable, and welcoming apartment. The beds, shower, furniture, and kitchen are all high quality. The hosts answered my occasional messages quickly and were friendly.
