Welcome to this stylish and renovated 2 BR, 1 BA unit that provides everything you need to unwind, relax, and feel like at home. It's perfect for families, couples, travel nurses, & business travelers. This home is a short drive to DT Boston, local beaches, Logan Airport, Fenway Park, Encore Casino, Universities, and Hospitals. It's located within a walking distance to South Bay shopping center & Newmarket commuter rail station. It's going to be our absolute pleasure to host you and your guests.

We are thrilled to welcome you and your guest (max of 6). This is a renovated and superbly clean space with the following features:
- Room #1: 1 Queen Bed/TV
- Room#2: 1 Queen Bed/TV
- Common Area: Living Room w/ a Queen Sleeper Sectional Sofa, Accent Chair, TV. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertop, island, and barstool chairs.
- Bath: Stand Up Glass Shower
- HD TVs in the living and bedrooms
- WiFi
- Entertainment: Verizion Fios TV and Board Games
- Coin operated Washer/Dryer on the premises

Guest access
- Our guests have access to the entire access of the second floor of this triple-decker and all the amenities it offers.
- We offer a keyless entry for your convenience, and we will send you the CODE on the day of the check-in to access the home, therefore is no need to meet in person.
- This house includes stairs inside and outside.
- Free 24-hour street parking

- We have cameras on the hallway first and second floors to monitor activity and help ensure guests' safety.
- Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Surprise Trip for Grandparents

Perfect place for 4 people to comfortably stay! Fully equipped with all kinds of cooking/glassware for drinks. The place was also so clean and comfortable, even the pull out couch!

Great stay

We stayed for two nights with granddaughters. Very clean and roomy place. Nice neighborhood in old Boston. There was always one parking space available. Quiet location. Enjoyed zoo and aquarium.

Went to Boston to take in a concert. Perfect location just outside of all the main areas. Definitely recommend as an option if you are going to visit Boston.

Very nice apartment

This newly renovated apartment is well done and was comfortable. We enjoyed opening the drawers to finding nice amenities like board games, cozy blanket and variety of teas. Highly recommend.

Sparkling clean beautiful apartment! I was very comfortable and appreciated the high end furnishings and amenities. The splits cooled the apartment down quite quickly after a hot day away. It was very quiet. A quick walk to a nearby lovely shopping center and fast uber to my daughter’s college dorm. Communication with the owner was very prompt and positive. I would stay again on my next visit to Boston!

Wonderful place!

The apartment was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need! It was immaculately clean and had so many wonderful features! ( self locking doors, fold out couch bed, temperature control for air in every room).We used our car and Lyft to get around which made this place perfect to visit Boston, get groceries and get around. It would be a bit more difficult to stay here with kids and take public transportation to get groceries and visit, but not impossible. The host was amazing and we would stay here again!

The place was beautiful and communication with the host quick and helpful. I would suggest adding some hooks to the bathroom to hang wet towels. The home was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed. Individual room temp control was nice, beds were very comfortable and the check in/check out process was so easy. We did uber everywhere but it was easy to do so. 15 minute uber from Fenway and Quincy Market.

A lovely 2 bedroom with high end accommodations, conveniently tucked away in the Roxbury area of Boston. Sandro was a gracious host and promptly answered any questions we had. Check in and out was a breeze. Appreciated the coffee supply!

Great property

The listing was very accurate and true. It was immaculate and clean. Very comfortable with everything you could want in a rental. The only downside was the neighborhood. It was loud and busy, however, it was a short walk to transportation and a short trip into the city. The host communication was excellent. The kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped. I would recommend this listing.
