About the host
Hosted by Molly
I've lived in Austin my whole life and have seen it transformed over the years into the young and vibrant city it has become. I spent many years in the Zilker neighborhood and it has become one of the most sought out neighborhood in Austin with its proximity to the river, the park and miles of trails, wonderful restaurants and bars, and some of the coolest parts of town.
Why they chose this property
Quiet neighborhood in the middle of it all. Trees, walkable streets, quick access to nature and trails, great food, bars and night life. A calm oasis in a very vibrant town.
What makes this property unique
It is an original 1940s bungalow that has been recently remodeled. There is a nice fenced yard if you bring your small furry pup. It is is extremely quiet and located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which is now important in Austin due to ongoing traffic. You're downtown but it feels like a separate world to unwind after a long day of exploration.
