What an awesome place. Perfect size, perfect location, only 10 min. From everything we needed. Nice hot showers even when 5 of us had to shower right after our games. Outside was amzing with deer in our yard at times along with other wild life. Best ever! Communication and they made it so easy and convenient for us. We will be back for sure!!!

Through the Woods to GrandMa's House

As a Family we traveled to visit my Wife's 91 YRO Mother in Prescott, staying 4 nights in Ryan's comfortable property. The location was perfect and the property added an additional bonus of having the stay feel like we were alone in the mountains. My Wife really appreciated the central heating as it does get cold close to Winter. There was plenty of room for the four of us, with no one having to share. Having two bathrooms is a big plus. Thank you Ryan!
