The house was a good value for the money, very well organized and clean. Communication with the owner wasn't the greatest but she eventually replied to all my questions. We didnt like the bathroom by the living room because it has a window to the outside without any blinds so we had to improvise some kind of cover, other wise people can see from the hot tub area and even though we are family that is not good for us :) We left our window cover on when we left so maybe they would think about it in case noone else ever mentioned it. Overall the house was a good value and we had a good time.
What a beautiful property inside and out!! Very well maintained and the property owner was very attentive with questions about the property! Definitely a great stay

The property was great if you wanted to spend family time on the water, cooking hot tub boat and kayaks. Neighbors are nice as well. Great communication with the owners. Would definitely get this property again.
Great location just a short paddle to the main Weeki Watchee River. Used her provided canoe and trolling motor and went upriver with our grandchildren. Saw many manatee and dolphin. The place was clean and comfortable. Had a great few days here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Perfect location. We were able to do activities off property & then kayak/canoe at our leisure when we got home. Weeki Wachee park is very close. We also did a guided snorkel with manatees. Every time we went on the canals, we saw manatees also. It was great!

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, would love to have you back any time!
House was nice, we loved the layout and it was mostly clean. We used the kayaks but not the canoe or boat. The house had febreeze plug ins in a few of the rooms and it was overwhelmingly strong. We had to unplug them during our stay. I have allergic rhinitis and thankfully that didn’t make me sick. The hot tub wouldn’t warm up past 85 degrees so we weren’t able to use it with it being so cold out during our stay. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

I’m sorry you didn’t fully enjoy your stay. Unfortunately you never reached out to us regarding the hot tub. If you had, we would’ve told you how to properly set the temperature. The hot tub is relatively new, purchased April 2023, and no one has ever said it had any issues. We use it frequently when we enjoy our home.
Very enjoyable week. It was cold this week but having a hot tub (and it was hot not warm) was very welcomed each night. Also the patio has a gas fire that was wonderful. Again because of weather it was a nice end to each evening. Without these two perks we would have been stuck indoors. The WiFi was very fast and reliable. The WiFi info is on back of modem. Everything was as stated in the description but please know based on picture of a jetted tub and description saying jetted tub it is not a working one. Apparently VRBO messed up and it is being corrected. But it is still a nice deep tub for soaking for those who enjoy baths😊 Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to any questions or needs.
