Excellent location for night life, food and drinks. Excellent accommodation with all the necessities. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Some minor repairs required, no air conditioner, and 3 flights of stairs. Close to metro, buses and the No.28 Tram.

This is a great space in a happening part of town. Plenty to do in the area, and the street can be boisterous fairly late, but the bedroom stays pretty quiet. Was an excellent experience!

The property is as central and authentic as we would want. The space was clean and very large - truly a full apartment - and large fully equipped kitchen. Lots of light through the windows. The host Maxim even waited for us when we were delayed in arriving. Top marks for all that. The only downside for us was street noise - serious partying - that would kick in at around 10pm and then start to quiet down only after 2 - 3am. with windows closed it was not bad, but in the warm season you need them open. Having said that we would stay again in this authentically cool place!

Great four-day stay! The apartment had all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent, surrounded by great dining options and convenient transport links. While the living room can be noisy at night due to the vivid street night live, the bedroom faces a quiet courtyard and is perfectly peaceful. Highly recommended!

Location was great, Martim who met us and managed the property was excellent , he gave us great advice on places to eat and dealt with a problem we had with the shower immediately .The apartment is roomy and was very clean. The bedroom furniture ( especially pillows) could do with an update but we were comfortable and would use the apartment again.

Location, location, location! This property is in a night time destination spot. Restaurants and bars everywhere and after 7 pm the crowds just start flooding in.What this means? Super easy to find places to eat close to home but noisy at night. Bedroom is much quieter, but if you require using the second bed and are noise sensitive, consider this before booking.Property is also close to metro/tram, nice walk to the water, was easy to access everything we wanted to do.Couple of things to be aware of.., when we arrived mid-October 2026 the window/door in the bedroom was being held closed by a light plastic table and we were unable to get it to lock. Also, the window covering was leaning against the wall. This meant the window could easily be pushed open from the outside (not easily accessible but still not secure) and there was no privacy in the bedroom. I did make the contact we had aware of the issue, he said he would tell the owner. We stayed 5 nights and never heard from them again about this. Hopefully they fix soon!General cleanliness is fine but there are certain things areas/corners that look like they have not been cleaned for a while. Bedroom fan is one example, was covered in dust like substance.Supplies and amenities are very basic and a bit sparse. Two coffee pods, one tea bag, no sweetener, one tea towel, no shampoo (just bath gel and conditioner). Toilet paper supply was great.

Enjoyed our visit to Lisbon and our accommodation was great!

Check in was easy - we were given lots of great information for surrounding area. Apartment was charming in a great location, with 2 comfortable bedrooms! We had a great time! Loved Lisbon!

Excellent, Quiet Location

I was very pleased with my stay. The apartment is conveniently located in a busy, popular area but is very quiet inside. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed very comfortable and the living space cozy. I would stay here again.

Spacious and equipped with all the essentials 😊

Perfect location, restaurants all around, comfortable furniture and bed, large kitchen with plenty of amenities, great shower pressure - all in all a very enjoyable stay and a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone we know coming to Lisboa.

The place waa beyond expectations. It was in the middle of everything. Most was walking distance or a quick uber ride. The apartment was clean, modern and had everythingwe needed. When we come back to Lisbon we will be booking this flat again.

Spacious flat in a very lively part of Lisbon. Very spacious, large kitchen, good sized dining and living rooms. Super well equipped compared to many vacation rentals, with ample dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, body wash, etc. Area is very loud and busy at night; we enjoyed sitting with the windows open listening to the nightly action in the street facing living room but the bedroom was situated in the back and was very quiet for sleep. As noted, it is a third floor walkup (very common in Lisbon). No air conditioning but the unit cooled nicely at night in late March with a nice cross breeze through open windows in the evening.

Great time

Definitely a very active night time scene. Bedroom is in the back so outside activity noise was not an issue. Lots of option for exploring Lisbon. Great location for restaurants.
