Nestled within a cozy, gated community. Walking distance to Publix, Panera, and other favorites and a short drive away from the beaches. World class shopping at the UTC mall, and five-star restaurants! Golfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, arts, museums and many more amenities!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you loose the keys , there will be a $200 replacement cost for lock smith.
No parking under carport but the open spaces. Also no commercial vehicles or sign on the vehicle are not allowed parking 🅿️

Incredible Stay

The facility and surrounding grounds were very much a resort style experience. The amenities were top notch. The spacious condo was well equipped and designed for comfort. It had a great location to local restaurants, grocery, beach spots and airport. Highly recommend for your next Florida experience.

Good value

Stayed here for 27 days. Place is located between the airport and Lakewood Ranch, a busy area. Condo is very nice and near the communities heated pool. Friendly group at the pool. 2br is spacious with ample room in all rooms. Well appointed kitchen. Owner provides beach towels, chairs, and a beach cart. She responds immediately to any concerns. Toiletries, kitchen and laundry accessories are also provided. Owner definitely wants to provide a positive experience. A good choice.
