Condo features separate LR, DR and eat in kitchen. Full size washer and dryer are in the condo. Master bath features combination shower and tub while second bath is shower only. An 8 X 15 ft. screened- in lanai allows views of a golf course, lake and western sunsets.

Great stay!

Really liked the layout of the condo. It was very well equipped with every kitchen item we needed and plenty of linens. The pool was close by with close proximity to beaches. The view of the golf course was great, with plenty of birds to watch, along with the sunset. Would stay there again.

Close to nearby shopping (UTC mall) and eateries yet in a quiet condo/villa community on a quiet cul de sac street. Community has heated swimming pool nearby. Beautiful golf course and lake views with western sunsets. Condo has been recently remodeled and is very comfortable. Gulf Coast FL. beaches are 10-15 minutes away.

Discount provided for rentals of two or more months. Gulf of Mexico beaches are just 15 minutes away from condo. Many public golf courses nearby available to play.
