About this property

This is a fully renovated cottage and an extremely well maintained property. It’s very quiet , peaceful and relaxing. The pictures are from June 3/23. The beds are brand new for a great nights sleep as well. It’s very conveniently located just 15 minutes from the 401 and very close to grocery,LCBO , drugstore, Starbucks and Tim Hortons . The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. We do not provide bedding so please bring your own . There is also a propane BBQ and additional tanks provided . If your looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation ? This is the place for you. And it also 20 minutes to downtown Kingston.

Wonderful Stay

My family had a fantastic stay here. The cottage is spacious and has all the upgrades of a modern home. The lake was very clean and great views of the sunset. Chris is amazing with communication. Gets back quickly and answers any questions you may have a fantastic host. Can't recommend the property enough!

Property was clean and tidy and worked well for our group. We travelled with 2 children and 2 grandchildren. The description provided in advance matched what we found upon arrival. The cottage was well stocked with all the essentials. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. We would recommend this property to other travellers.

Very Nice Cottage

We spent a couple of days in this cottage to explore the area of Kingston and the Thousand Islands. It is a beautiful location with everything you need and with a direct access to the lake. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the nature in between visits.

Great Family Vacation

Chris is an exceptional host, displaying clear and prompt communication skills. The cottage is meticulously arranged, making it an ideal spot for family or friends' vacations. It comes fully equipped with all necessary amenities for a delightful week or weekend getaway. The WIFI is both fast and dependable, while the beds provide an incredibly comfortable rest. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials, including a coffee maker, high-quality pots and pans, and a BBQ grill. The waterfront offers a gently sloping entry into the water, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for various activities. The water's warmth further enhances the experience. To make the most of your time, consider bringing along a paddleboard or kayak, as well as water shoes due to some rocky areas. Such equipment will undoubtedly add to the fun and excitement. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this cottage without reservation. My anticipation for future visits is already high, given the outstanding experience I had during my stay.
