House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. (Parking: 4-5 cars will fit in the driveway depending on size of vehicle) No overnight street parking past 10 pm to 7 am. Security tickets and tows cars on street parked overnight. No horizontal parking or blocking at the end of the driveway.
No Oversized Vehicles Allowed (RVs, Camper Vans, Trailers, Boats, or similar)
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking/Drugs allowed on the premises
6. Must be 25 years old to book or have waiver from Owner signed
7. Booking agreement/Rental Contract must be acknowledged & Signed & Guests listed on page 1 of the vacation rental contract

Furthermore: In accordance with the house rules, any day guests exceeding 20 persons/overnight occupants will incur a charge of $50-100 (day guests if approved) depending on Season (High/Low) or High/Demand Weekends/Holiday stays. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance or a fee may be imposed for day guests, while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy of 20 for overnight guests.

Surveillance devices, including security cameras and smart doorbells are at the property and are used for security purposes and property protection.
There are 2 smart doorbells, and exterior cameras located on the roof of the property in the front, side yard, rear yard and in 2 palm trees that cover the exterior side yard, pool, hot tub as well as lawn areas for guest security, and noise/property violations.
