About this property
Beautiful villa overlooking the ocean
1660 Sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bath open concept condo with amazing views of the ocean and overlooking Los Gatos beach. Located inside a beautiful, secure gated community. Peaceful and serene surroundings and just a 10-minute drive to the center of town (about $5 or 100 pesos taxi cost).
Small development, just 7 units. Condo is on the third floor of four with spectacular views and easy elevator access. Concierge on site 7 days a week 9AM to 5PM to assist with any questions, concerns, reservations, etc.
There is a dipping pool off the master bedroom and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, stackable washer/dryer, microwave, RO water purifying, A/C in every room, 4 ceiling fans, smart TVs in living room and master bedroom. Common area includes a beautiful pool and tennis courts.
Four different beaches close by that offer Jet Ski rentals, parasailing, snorkeling and many other water activities.
Note: Another condo is being built nearby, there will be construction M-F 8AM to 5PM and Saturday 8AM to 1PM
