SUMMER SPECIAL 15% OFF- aaaNeed to get away and relax from everyday life? Enjoy your stay on beautiful Sanibel Island in this attractively furnished condo. You can watch the amazing sunrise on the balcony overlooking the canal. It is located off the Causeway as you enter the island, providing easy access on and off the island, with a 2 minute walk to the Causeway Beach. Amenities include impeccable tennis courts as well as an in-ground pool, bbq grill, and coin laundry facilities. We provide 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and a fishing pole to help you enjoy you beach days (only 1.9 miles to Sanibel Lighthouse Beach). You you will also have two beach cruiser bikes available for exploring the miles of bike paths. Please note there is a two week minimum rental requirement during the months of February, March, and April.

Beautiful Waterfront Location

We enjoyed our stay at Whispering Palms. It was comfortable, very nicely decorated and quiet. Would've appreciated some local tv programming but did have access to many streaming programs. Property Manager was very helpful

It was just so easy!

This property has everything going for it. The location is nice—just off the causeway as you come onto the island—and near lots of restaurants and other niceties. The only nit is clean, well-maintained, with everything you could ever want or need. The owners reply promptly and are very professional. I’d stay here again, in a heartbeat.

The host was very nice and responsive, even let us have a noon checkout when our flights were later than expected. Floor was dirty, as noticed by dirty feet when walking barefoot in the unit. Good amenities, really beautiful space. Beds were comfy. Had only 1 washcloth and 3 towels when we arrived. Property manager brought us brand new towels and washcloths, so we had to launder them before we could use them. But the quick response was appreciated. Only had 2 garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper, so we ran out. Property manager told us those were our responsibility. That’s fine, but we just didn’t know that, so let folks know about that. Also only 2 dishwasher pods, which worked out okay for us, but again, something people should know. Pool was clean and nice! Beach access was less than ideal- expected soft sand and got broken and sharp shell covered area. Had to drive to other beaches- which were beautiful. The sunrise view was spectacular. People in the complex were nice! Having the 2 bikes available was great for us. Overall, it was a great place for our vacation and I would stay there again!

Time in the sun

Property was as advertised, and well appointed. Access to bikes and beach chairs was a big plus. Beds comfortable. Access to Sanibel was good, but with recovery still ongoing, traffic can be an issue.

Sanibel vacation

Our family stayed at Whispering Palms over the recent holidays. The unit is great - very tastefully appointed - all the amenities our family of four needed. The property management team is exceptional! Some of the best we've ever dealt with - incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. It's great to see the ongoing Sanibel recovery. We're looking forward to more visits in the near future. We highly recommend Whispering Palms.

Cute place right on the canal

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It was logistically perfect with the contractors coming and leaving the island week days. We never had to deal with their traffic. Our first day we had an issue with one of the bikes at the unit and it was resolved instantly. Very grateful. PS, loved the Tahari towels. Wish we could find some. Thank you.

Causeway condo

The bikes are a nice touch but they need a tune up. The pedal broke on one at day three. We rented one from Billy's to replace it. It's very quiet at this site. The pool was clean but too cold.
